I ask me which of those psychedelics can improve or even heal heavy depression and what dose would be needed (high vs low dose multiple times):

  • 5 Meo DMT
  • 5 Meo Malt
  • 5 Meo Mipt
  • Ketamin
  • Shrooms
  • MDMA

Please answer from your own experience, I know actual studies about psilocybin and Ketamin.

None of those, depression=suffering. The main cause of depression/suffering = living in low energies and the desires that arent being fullfilled.

The only thing that will somehow counteract depression is to make your daily life a meditation which means being in meditation consciously with everything you do. Start for example with only sattvic vegan diet basically many fresh fruits/vegetables that are cooked eaten in raw form containing much of their raw energetic signature/prana, avoiding foods that are tamasic/rajasic, it clears the mind and puts you in conscious meditation because you're living more consciously. Then you can add, prayers, yoga , sperm retention etc. Basically everything that makes you live consciously for god.

Also i see in my mind now, that i answered to you like this before in another timeline, and people would comment about sperm thing , and deny a lot of what has been said. So i write this to prevent this/make it known

No amount of ketamine can "cure" depression I can tell you that much. It is more of a super effective relief from that state of mind, but you inevitably fall back into your sober state once it wears off. It really is a great respite if you're suffering, but a depression cure it is not. Can be helpful in having insights into a life beyond your depression though, there is certainly healthy integration that can come with deep ketamine experiences. Problem is with ket is that it can become like psychedelic heroin for a depressed mind, I was in the same boat and got addicted to the stuff for 3 years. Only just got clean a few months ago. It made my depression worse in the long run, but that was because I abused it.

Ending Suffering, the book by Ralston, is a good frame work to end unnecessary suffering. Psychedelics should only be used as lubrication for the mind. Preferably use non synthetic drugs like magic mushrooms. For me it is much gentle on the body/mind. Synthetic drugs feels ruthless and from my pov it is not good for healing.

It is also good to investigate what depression is. Because people use that word with a wide range of underlying assumptions.  Andrew Tate has the most straight forward answer to depression. Although he is a scum bag, sometimes he has such brilliance.

Please answer from your own experience, I know actual studies about psilocybin and Ketamin.

(Preface: I'm experienced with 5-MeO, NN-DMT, Ketamin, Shrooms, MDMA, LSD, (etc.) and had a diagnosed major depressive episode 1-2 years ago)

I deem such experiments very valuable!

No substance will cure depression single-handedly, period.
But they can open up perspectives that were hidden before.

All of those substances deliver unique ways to work with them.

That is because depression is a kind of a "faulty" emotional pattern that is self-sustaining and usually grew over a long period of time, that let's you feel worthless, robs you of all joy and the world seems to become dull and gray.

The good news: That's not the Truth, but delusion.

From my own experiments I (spontaneously) would categorize them and their benefits as such:

  • Shrooms: Great to work with emotions. Added benefit of experiencing a kind of deity and being able to dialogue with the mushrooms. Pretty straight-forward to integrate because it is not so far removed from the human experience.
  • 5-MeO(s), DMT, etc: Portal to another dimension. Valuable because of the radical different (non-human) perspective. Also a way to connect with other non-human beings.
  • MDMA: Solo MDMA-Sessions can be very valuable to work through difficult experiences of the past and can help enormously with grieving, especially with "stuck" emotions. Caution: The aftermath can emphasize depressive symptoms, but I feel it opens up and liquifies emotional processes even in the 1-2 weeks after an MDMA experience.
  • Dissociatives (Ketamine, N2O, etc.): They completely remove you from the identification with your emotions and allow one to look at them without being in-too-deep so-to-speak.

Let me know if you wanna know more :)

Yes, every person has different brain chemistry, with unique variations in neurotransmitter levels, neuron connectivity, and brain structure influenced by genetics, environment, and experiences. These differences mean that while many brain functions are similar across individuals, the specific ways in which brains process information and respond to stimuli can vary significantly. microdose mushrooms for a time and see if it works. What may work for one may not work for another, and ketamine may or may not work for you, but it has shown promising results with people who suffer from depression. if you were to do ketamine, do it through your doctor; it's quite expensive here in Australia $350 per session. You are going to have to find out what works for you through trial and error. MDMA is more for PTSD. As for the other ones, I have no idea.

NSI-189 , a nootropic really helped me (it is in phase 3 human trials but you can get it from nootropic vendors online)

5-MEO will cure it for sometime (days)  but you will fall back into it,  same for mushrooms, microdosing is worth trying,

Ketamine will erase it but you will fall back after some time.

That's just my personal experience.

Psychedelics don’t cure depression. They rip it open. They strip away your ability to numb yourself and force you to stare it straight in the face.

The doorway to healing!

You don’t play around with this. You get serious. Dead serious.

They can help brighten things up, feel things more deeply, see things more clearly, help facilitate change, but you must change and get out of the hole you created to actually make a long lasting difference. As Leo said, it also depends on a case by case basis, but maybe Cactus, Shrooms or Iboga...

Go to the gym every other day and exercise for 30-40 minutes + good nutrition & 5meo-dmt once a week.

You can start doing exercises at home. No biggy. Start with some push-ups, some squats, abs etc. You need to force yourself in the beginning. Try it with some good rock music or whatever music you like.

Actually, when I was really in a bad moood running would always help.
Advice her to run, it’s not weight lifting and there is some good science behind running being helpful to deal with depression or negative mood.

Become conscious that depression is you comparing yourself to an idea that doesn’t exist.
And if it’s not that, then it’s physical, "dopamine withdrawal" : remove all drugs, porn, dead scrolling.
Avoid every substances, fact only : drink water, eat properly, meditate, read books/audiobook chill, draw.

you'll feel in hell quickly for some months but after 3 months you'll already see the benefits.

all substances that goes up will take you down, all of them, psychedelic included, your body evolved millions of years to a certain context, even using internet is already too much - information dopamine overload.
