I assume they're spending so much because they're building the infrastructure of AI (data centers) but the cost of just running everything won't be to the same degree.

U.s. data centers are using more electricity than the entire country of u.k., Spain, or Italy

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

There isn't going to be a bubble or one that pops.

What we see is a hostage situation and the robbers aren't going home without their money.

Which means at best, we see controlled demoliion, and at worse, widespread instability that invariably leads to increasingly more feudalistic geopolitics.

This is a global condition now that was already pre-set through earlier decade long forecasting anticipating what is now societal predictive programming finding its natural tunnel.

As one country falls another will rise, this is not a war among companies anymore, or countries, its geopolitical oligarchy, that's the overtone in the public's blindspot now.

They've already run their simulations on what's to come and now they're just going to minimise the damage along the desired trajectory, and maximise it at certain price points because the only philosophy that remains competitive in this kind of game is that the "end justifies the means". That's the bank robbers code, and its all or nothing now.

Case study examples of "look its popping" are just looking too young into the future of a technology that is invariably going to undergo far more developmental trajectories than what anyone anticipated pre-ten years ago.
