This is what success looks like for the fool. 
For the wise success is mastery of mind. 
Mastery of mind is what leads to a successful life. 
Bliss and ecstasy are all the rewards you get as a byproduct of mastery of mind and proper living.
What's paradoxical, is that even the fool's version of success, which is seen in the video, requires a certain degree of vision, and mastery of mind to accomplish. 
See it all goes back to mastery of mind. Master your mind and you'll get rewarded, not just with money, which is the fool's hypnotic spell. But with Truth which is clarity of vision, as well as inner ecstasy and bliss on a mundane basis. 
Mystical spiritual religious experiences of devotion to the love of God are all functions of mastery of mind.

The reason meditation works is because you're detaching from material life and just sitting there, when there's nothing material the mind will wander towards the mystical, and you'll get access to mystical states and visions.

The key to losing weight is this: Focus on the process not the outcome. The process of losing weight is healthy eating, change your eating patterns for the sake of health. Not losing weight. Losing weight comes as a byproduct of healthy living and eating. Value your health.
Contemplate: what's the value of health? Health is life and death. That's what people don't realize. If you don't live healthy you die faster. As obvious as that seems, people don't
get it. That's why you should contemplate.

God is unlimited love. In every pursuit the human seeks unlimited love: unlimited sex, that's a form of love. Unlimited money, that's a form of love. Unlimited fame, unlimited knowledge, etc... 
It's all still limited though. Why not go for God directly ? That's what the wise person does, the source of all infinities is itself the greatest infinity possible.

Great post.  But if this is true wouldn't you be creating the conflict between those who understand and those who don't, and then passing judgment on this predicament?  If you are creating it all, what is the problem?

If we think of open-mindedness as a spectrum from closedness to openness. Mystical religious experiences and phenomenon happen at the extreme end of openness. Close-minded people are incapable of being truly religious. Because religious spiritual mystical phenomenon is only accessible for a very open mind. That's why most people who call themselves religious are narcissistic bigots, close-minded, ideological, dogmatic and rigid in their ways. They're incapable of being truly moral or religious because of their lifestyle and close-mindedness. To be truly religious is to be in union and communion with God. To develop a telepathic connection to the source of infinite mystical knowledge and experience.
