@aurum It's a genetic/chemical disorder. The protocol is chemical. Anti-psychotics.

Maybe yoga might help with it. Unsure. It needs a physiological intervention, not a mindset one.

Anti-psychotics, yes.

My understanding though is that current anti-psychotics are pretty limited. They genuinely help with the most obvious symptoms, but struggle in other areas.

It seems analogous to taking an SSRI for depression.

Latest posts reminded me of when I went on a meditation retreat with Roger Gabriel (Deepak Chopra's right hand man(?)) 

I asked him what he thought about "sanity is just an island in an ocean of insanity." (paraphrasing) He said he'd switch the two terms around.

I found him very interesting because he came really close to saying a lot of the things that Leo talks about, just slightly off. Another example was when I asked him what the highest value was and he said Love, True Love... 

He laughed at the idea of using psychedelics.

He also said that there is more to this experience than just this present moment though. I remember asking the question and the lady next to him started shaking her head arrogantly. Lol.

Was my first experience at the feet of the master and it was still pretty powerful overall though.

Because it's a band-aid over a genetic defect.

The real cure is to re-write the genetics.

The number of ways to be broken far outnumber the number of ways to be functional.

Which is why you can't make life by just mixing a bunch of chemicals together in a blender.

Sanity requires near-perfect precision. Madness doesn't.
