Doing  Kriya I've noticed . If my entire back presses against a chair it's hard to feel the kundalini (as jc Stevens states). However, if just the bottommost part of my back presses a chair and the rest of the back doesn't, I feel the kundalini even more than if my whole back wasn't touching.

For yoga do not use the chair's backrest.

Got to watch out with offgasing toxic chemics from the chair.

The chemicals block hormons and lower cognitive function.

There's a lot of studies showing how longterm sitting is bad for you, but all of these studies are wrong. What's actually bad for you Is the air in the room which these experiments were taken place in. It's not sitting that's bad for you, It's breathing toxic air for an extended period of time without moving. So this is a blind spot in the study because no one knows air even exists for the most part.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?
