So there is the dream state (the illusory world we all experience right now) and there is the REAL reality, god, or truth, which is hidden from our senses. Being awakened means you are directly conscious of that REAL reality, as far as some teachers suggest. If so, can you be 100% certain, than at the moment you die, that REAL reality will continue exactly as you are directly conscious of right now? In other words, are you experiencing death simultaneously with the dream?

I believe I awakened not too long ago and it changed everything. Though I with reasons choose willingly to take one last journey into great ego for a couple of weeks. First it was easy to sit down with ecstasy anytime after awakening but now I sense how my entire being wants to go out and help the world. Like a guru does, though I try to sit down in ecstasy I feel joy but my consciousness telles me to go off and do certain things. Even though my self awareness I can't really tell if this is because of my time in ego or because of my advancement. I wonder if this is how gurus are motivated to do their work. That it is not only an intellectual choice but your entire being chose it fully and completely. Meditating into ecstasy to and go deeper into enlightenment didn't seem difficult before, but now there's a feeling of that I am here for a bigger meaning, to serve the world. Then when I am ready I will one day go deep into ecstasy and leave this body at the time of enlightenment. My mind wants to believe that I should be able to just be in ecstasy alone by myself, but following what I think to remember the same procedure of letting go of all ego/suffering. My being wants to move and do things, is this normal for awakened people? I would gladly appreciate any knowledge you might have on this? So the main question is, what drives awakened people to do what they do in the sense that, Is it an intellectual choice or is there more to it as I might be experiencing?

Because you are everything, there is no hierarchy. Why? Because everything is completely identical that it cancels everything out making all competition results neutral. You are so ONE there is no taller, no smaller, no beginning, no end, and no progress. As a result whatever life you create, is equally the best life possible. Once you realize this, you have TRULY AWAKENED. There really only is YOU, when your God Self appears to you, you discover its just a more expanded version of you, which is just a Mind with no bias, no hierarchy. As such you actually have to Co-Create Enlightenment which means all Enlightenment lived experiences are unique to the Co-Creator and the ONE GOD that unites us all. God is a love of intelligence first, and a Creator of Intelligence first, and all experience you ever go through is always in service to the expansion of collective's knowledge of how to create in a more good and loving/unity way. God is an infinite Co-Creation process with itself.

I´m glad there are people who want to be cogs in the system so I don´t have to. Somebody has to flip those burgers and do other basic operations, until AI take those jobs and then people will be forced to awaken their consciousness or die trying. I think it is useless to judge people on not awakening their consciousness since it is not a choice anyway. People who have awakened their consciousness where forced by cause-effect within the grand scheme of things. Personally I don´t like to judge God´s creation and just accept people as they are because I know every consciousness has their own natural progression. Some people are not ready to sprout and they are not meant to be because it is part of the social ecosystem. If everybody awakened today, it would cause a ripple effect, but not in a good way.

What I take from this is who the heck cares what anyone else thinks. If you've awakened you already know they are fictions of your mind but even if you're not, STOP fucking comparing your life to everyone else's and measuring it against that which is "other" your life is Absolute and it is amazing just the way it is. However you make it! -
All of experience can be seen as One Object, every something that is currently existing. As such The Self is purely objective, it is its own purpose in the making and sustaining of it. Then there is the smaller self, the self that experiences the big Self and its purpose is to expertly align its meaning, its subjectivity with the object, thus becoming pure subjectivity. This means you have achieved perfect communication with and within the Field of Consciousness around you because your hierarchal mental judgments no longer obscure your view. Once this is achieved God is awakened that all it is doing is Sharing its big Self with its little self, with the toughest lesson of all being, the definition of true strength which is vulnerability, which is the ability to be weak, to have limits and accept them as they are. Understand that all of life are equal gladiators in this arena of survival called life and as a result are all equally deserving of respect. True Adulthood is recognizing that all life is noble, because it must ultimately equally navigate a world of survival. This is where the sovereignty of all life is birthed from. This can only be achieved by recognizing that all of life is its own celebrity worthy of celebration and if its not being recognized it just means that greatness is hidden in one of the greatest disguises.

Sadhuru to me...he may be awakened but he has too much Orange. He's too much the entertainer which will diminish the quality of his work. Hence he is OK with a bunch of newbies believing in his words. Leo is far superior as a teacher because he didn't give in to the temptations of Orange. -
So I had a strange one today. I was in the space, having the ultimate experience. And somehow, my ego came online midtrip (this has never happend before) It started kicking some fear and panic into me. Internally this experience is very loud, and on the comedown Im always worried if I have been vocally/physically loud. Recorded myself several times and always been quiet with some minor movements. My ego reminded me that I'm actually in my house/bed. That I'm a person. Reminded me of my life and the world. "the real reality". I was fighting it. That's not real! That reality has seized. I have awakened! I'm never going back. A part of me was fighting it. And the other part was trying hard to ground myself and kill the trip. I remember looking at my hands but couldnt see them as my vision was still entirely in the other dimension. I found/felt my hands. When I felt my skin it hit me. Damnn, I AM still a person I am here in my bed just tripping balls. I held on to my hands trying to ground me back to "reality". But there was no ground. Caught a glimpse of the moment I loaded up the emesh and was like damnn, took too big of a dose. I have really done it this time. I was torn between bliss and panic. I was convinced I would likely wake up in the psych ward. Could swear I heard all the paramedics bumrushing my bedroom and taking me away. I lost it all. I lost my house. lost everything. I made a complete fool of myself. I ruined my entire life, with just a few crumbs of 5meo. I could see myself from the third person. Stuck in the 5meo space. I looked completely insane. This is how they see me. Somehow things calmed down and I opened my eyes and was surprised to find myself sitting upward in the most elegant symmetrical position legs crossed hands together. I expected to be in the psych ward or at least in some pathetic fetal position on the floor somewhere. But that wasn't the case. My sheets weren't even a bit messed up or anything. I cracked a smile and admired the position I was sitting in. So calm. So peaceful. So elegant. Wtf.

Aubrey is an interesting case, in my opinion. He's had countless psychedelic experiences with the goal of self-betterment, and an absolute ton of 5-MeO-DMT breakthroughs in particular. He even became a facilitator for bufo as part of a tradition. So he's no stranger to profound states of consciousness bordering on literal temporary enlightenment. It'd be tough to say he wasn't a beholder of absolute truth, many times over. But I suppose, as Leo posted in a recent blog (and as I believe as well), intellectual development and awakened consciousness should not be considered a 1:1 in terms of their required parallel development.

That's definitely true. It tends to have the same narrative structure. New Agers tend to believe that, in the past, humanity was more brilliant and wiser than it is now. But then, "they" (the Reptilians/elites) came and now we're in a fallen world where we've forgotten our wisdom. And there's lots of hierarchical ideas of Indigo children and awakened people who will graduate to 5-d consciousness and we'll be wise again. And Fascists tend to believe that, the nation/race was once idyllic and great. That is until "they" (the cabal of elite Jewish people) came and brainwashed everyone into Feminism, multiculturalism, and post-modern Neo-Marxism, and now we're in a fallen world. But we, the great people, will defeat that Cabal and rise again into our former glory and become a mono-cultural patriarchal theocratic utopia once again. So, the structures of the story is very similar. And I notice that New Age people tend to get easily tricked into Fascist thinking.

Yes and... These stages being the development of the complexity of sense making that allows for holding on to increasing complexity and taking in increasing complex compositions with increasing number variables - and multiple and contradictory perspectives. Awakening etc isn't on the same axis/scale, it's rather about the point of reference from which things are being observed. You can shift that point of reference independently from the level of complexity by which you make sense of what you observe. The complexity goes into the sense making within the "illusion", while the point of reference shifts how deep into or out of the "illusion" you observe what's there. Thus, you can be an awakened "fool", no need for cognitive complexity at all. Pursuing cognitive developmental stages, as many here will have first hand experience of, likely and quite possibly will intersect with developing shifts in that point of reference as well.

@LfcCharlie4 hi . Thanks for resurrecting this thread 😁. Now that I've given it second thought you could say the point is creating whatever you want to create . No restrictions whatsoever. With baring in mind that you will reap what you sow ..so you are absolutely free to be like Hitler or Stalin but that doesn't mean there won't be consequences to your actions. These days I'm just sitting in silence doing nothing .just existing .just being .rather than doing . What are you gonna do anyways? You are eternal..there is no death that can annihilate you..so then imagine if you awakened to the fact that you are god and that you are eternal...really and this is a sincere question: what the heck are you gonna waste your eternal existence with? Joy and bliss ? That is nice but without misery and suffering there won't be any meaning to happiness. Which is exactly why this world is NOT perfect and there is a shit ton of suffering and evil and wars going on ..because God metaphorically speaking has gotten sick and tired of infinite bliss and decided to spice things up with a lil bit of drama if you will . Now That I think about it .the only point to life is life itself. Being .pure existing .basking in awareness. "Being interested In the experience of being aware " as Rupert Spira puts it .because there is literally nothing to do and nowhere to go after you've done it all . Just my thoughts Much Love brother 🙏 -
I thought this would be a fun thing to try. I will not claim to be fully enlightened, but I will be honest about what I have experienced. I have had satori experiences, God Consciousness three times, and other less normal awakenings. Ask away.

Most people return to being a human after their "apparent death". You do not have a choice in that if you have not awakened very much in your lifetime. Ego death means you no longer identify as "a body" or "human", but with spirit. But there's degrees of this as well and exactly "what kind" of spirit can vary greatly. You can very much be a demonic spirit or the opposite of that. Though I consider "demonic spirits" as "forms of egos".

Makes perfect sense now. Thanks! I still don’t think Trump could ever attain Enlightenment. I mean how can you say that you are Awakened when you go back doing the same stuff. Awakening should radically change how you live your life. You’re not just gonna go back to chop wood and carry water. That would mean that you haven’t fully realized and integrated the insight. -
Schizophonia replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
It don't seems you resonates like someone awakened even a a bit. -

Maybe not for you, but for me what would be better is if more people actually awakened (further), rather than keep on being stuck in this dream. But I understand I am massively "outnumbered". -
It's because you are using the forum to "get" something. You are treating it like food. You are trying to consume something. At a certain point, you can't use the forum as a source of intellectual food anymore. The more awakened you get, the less places will be a source of intellectual/emotional food. You will just start BEING wherever you go. For example, when I am socializing with my friends, I rarely feel fed from our conversations anymore. I used to, but not as much anymore. But I still am curious about them and socialize with them, even though I don't feel more "spiritual evolved" through interacting with them. Sometimes I am more focused on what I can give to them. But sometimes, it is just playful banter and a non serious conversation. But I rarely "get" anything from my friends anymore. It is something similar with the forum and everything else in life. The more awakened you become, the less places will feed you in the same way. You might end up being in a place of "giving" knowledge to others, instead of "getting". And sharing what you know with others, instead. Sometimes, you won't feel like even giving/sharing, and instead, you will just BE. Though, if you don't feel very peaceful with where you are at, and are starving to death for more knowledge, then maybe as others mentioned, it might be time to seek out other teachers or books or resources in other places. Or focus more on Leo's videos instead.

Strangely though I have noticed Joe becoming more awakened in some ways. In his latest podcast with Brian Cox he says at the 1:08:00 mark that he had been pondering a thought about existence but realized someone "else" had beat him to it, that the Universe and God are the same thing. The Universe is everything including God. He never used to feel that way before based on previous podcasts where I was beating my head with a stick getting so frustrated at him missing how obvious it is. When you first awaken to this it feels mind blowing and then just becomes second nature to your existence, but when someone finally realizes it after 50-60 years of living it's a pretty big deal so I wouldn't say he's necessarily stuck in his level of ego development.

Wow! This feels like a stage Orange version of enlightenment to me. "It's all a dream, so just achieve things for the hell of it!". I very much like your description philosophy. Depending on what spiral dynamics stage you are at, you will form different conclusions from the perspective of an awakened state. The stage Green person might reason "Life is just a dream, so let's just love one another and hold nothing back". The stage yellow person might say "Life is just a dream, so free your mind and behold the beauty of creation through the pursuit of understanding ". Of course, every conclusion is the correct one, so just keep going for that dream Life of yours... Until you don't want to anymore. -
Let’s come to a conclusion with all of this because I want peace of mind and tired of driving myself insane. We’re all a part of this forum for the sake of personal development and enlightenment right? Does horoscopes, astrology and tarot fit into what our end goal is? In the last 6 months I got into a cycle of watching astrology readings on my “ star sign “ the only reason I entertained the possibility of horoscope, tarot and astrology is because I’m an enormous action taker in all facets of my life. I don’t sit around praying for a solution, I get out there and find solutions. The last 6 months were difficult for me because I’ve been putting so much into awakening, my life purpose, personal development and spiritual practice for the last 7-8 years then I’m still not living what I feel like is proportional to my effort. The last 6 months were so tough that I was honestly losing faith in this stuff, astrology gave me a bit of delusion to believe better things are coming and there’s change on the way. It all comes down to having faith and trusting in the unknown. It’s not adding up I see people out there living their dreams in the span of 2-4 years while I’m out here taking advice from awakened masters and doing what they say then I’m still not where I want to be.... it’s not making sense

Set and setting: Together with two close friends who also are deeply invested in spirituality. We did it outside in nature in Denmark with no others around. We had blanket, GVG pipe, torchlighter, dmt in capsules, mat to lay on, pillow, eye shades to be in total darkness, hand pan to play beautiful music on the comedown (the nature's delicate music of birds chirping and soft wind was already veru beautiful). We had already done 2-3 grams of dried of mushrooms two days beforehand, which we were still feeling the afterglow of (very playful blissful spiritual experience with lots of small beautiful insights into my own and other's psychology). We were together for 5 days in a summer cottage. On this day of smoking DMT, we also had 1-2 hours before smoking ingested 60 mg MDMA to see if it could help calm pre-flight anxiety/jitter and make it easier to break-through/let go. So my mindset before the MDMA was already very peaceful, loving and calm (been awake for +5 weeks now, never had a bad day since, since all is just love and god and oneness/bliss for me these days) and the 60 mg MDMA made me even more calm and zoomed into the present. I was extremely open and peaceful and couldn't wait to take that one big hit of 30 mg dmt and hold it in my lungs as long as I could. So I did. DMT is very visual for me and the dominant color I see now is yellow. I get the usual feeling of delicious loving heat in all my body, and I start making involuntary movements with my arms, like I'm an angel moving its wings. The next I know these yellow/black-fractals start morphing into some kind of extradimensional extremely metaconcsius entity. First I get a little frightened, but then I remember to just be open, and I communicate through thought to this being: "show me more, show me more". And then I break through. I get shot into this being while losing all contact with my body. While merging with this being, I see that it is me. And I then get a overwhelming extreme intense sensation of being God and seeing that absolutely everything in existence is my own doing, and that it is all absolutely pure Love/Goodness. It's not that I see it. I was it. I am Love. I am God. I am all of Reality/Consciousness. Being in this state of Oneness felt like eternity. Absolute Nirvana. Absolute Bliss. Pure Infinite Love. So Good that words fail to describe how Good it is. After this eternal peak of Oneness/Godhood, I slowly begin coming back. But even this come-down of coming back to my body felt like a looong time (the whole trip lasted actually only 10-15 minutes). The first thing that happens is that I slowly merge out of this yellow metaconcsius entity/God, and then the entity gets dissolved into an infinite number of what I can only describe as Machine Elves. They had little hats and were whirling around in circles in front of my vision. They were so happy to see me, so loving, and they were making lots of music with their voices. They wanted me to participate, so I began making noises with my mouth to tune into their energitic frequency, "laaaaaaaaaa" and so on. It was pure joy being together with these "elves". We were just having fun. Then slowly, these elves dissolved and I started really coming back to my body. It felt like being reborn. Extreme gratitude like I've only felt on my last 40 mg 2cb trip 5 weeks ago. My ego came back and it could nothing but surrender to the Truth of what I had become/remembered myself to be: Love, God, Oneness. I started to say and repeat sentences like "how can living be so good?" ,"I don't understand" ... " I DO understand!" " It's too much" ..."I cant take it" .. "Yes, I CAN take it!" "Its all Love" .."just remember to breathe... there's no rush, nothing to get to" ... And I came back, took my eyeshades off and saw the beautiful sky with the sparkling white clouds. I felt the sand around me, lifted some of it up in my hand and I was just stunned to have a body, to be able to move an arm, and hold sand in my hand and let it fall out down to the ground. I told my friends that I was speechless, that I had nothing to say, because words won't do what I experienced justice. Great trip. DMT is surely something. Remember to breathe guys, take it easy, there's nothing to get to. Heaven is already the case and could never not be the case. There is truly nothing to fear. Of course if you don't feel like it's Heaven and feel stressed and feel like there is a lot to worry about/get to; then that is also perfectly Perfect and absolutely also Pure Love, God having an intense dream. Bless you all❤️

Ramu replied to Sugarcoat's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Sugarcoat yes enlightenment IS possible. I've had several awakenings, but I've also been contemplating reality since I was a young child. However, despite being Awakened I don't do yoga or meditation or listen to yogis or go to spiritual groups or chant or go to the Buddhist meditation center or do Kriya yoga. A lot of "spiritual people" do that stuff, but I don't. It's unnecessary for me because I reject the student/master horsecrap, and other techniques that newbies find necessary. Those techniques actually are helpful to people new to this, but I'm light-years ahead of that because I've been doing this for over 50 years.
