@Leo Gura Smoked regularly before 5meo. After 5meo break through, weed is NOT the same anymore. I can't use it for enjoyment. It takes me too deep, too quickly now. Night and day difference.

@RandomToolGuy they are just being dogmatic. Vipassana is useful and it can be combined with other practices. Most people won't succeed with just one practice.
Just do the practices you're drawn to diligently and don't worry about the dogma. Come to your own conclusion.

I'd be very careful with sunscreen. Most are full of toxic BS chemicals. Get more early am sunlight, and gradually increase sun exposure. If you have to use something, use only zinc based sunscreen.

@Julian gabriel It may feel that way. Integral theory is a meta-theory. It combines all the developmental theories together to make a larger, comprehensive developmental map.

All he does is talk about developmental theories — Integral theory.
@Nilsi I'd suggest Dustin Diperna's book, "Streams of Wisdom". Dustin was a student of Ken's. And somehow, he does Ken Wilber better than Ken Wilber. Dustin can explain the complex theories better than ken, IMO.

Are you getting much sunlight? You need to get sunlight within 45 minutes of waking to set your circadian rhythm. Get 15-30 minutes of direct sunlight early in the morning. You will sleep much better. Everything in life will get better.

@kamwalker don't do it regularly. I know people that do it once per week or bi-weekly, and they still get the full affects after years of use.
@LSD-Rumi Be VERY careful. IMO, 3 X per week is a slippery sloap.
