@Leo Gura I have approached girls but when I approach a random girl then that girl becomes insecure and their boyfriends become angry. I fear that will I land in trouble if I approach a senior girl. I now approach known girls.

I am single, 23 year old studying in college . Whenever I see any couple it hurts me a lot and makes me jealous. How to deal with it ? I have cold approached many girls and girls of my batch are insecure( I am also an insecure person ). Will this phase of my life pass ? Cause girls of my batch prefer other guys over me . How do I deal with resentment , anger , a feeling of taking revenge towards them . Even tough I have not abused or beaten any girls and I don't want to ask I am doing self directed CBT and recently ordered a book meditations by Marcus Aurelius .

@NoSelfSelf the solution is to stop caring and move forward. You could also talk about that in a respectful manner and also hope to find a better person is one of the key aspects of inner game. So don't demotivate me.

@bebotalk Nobody is inherently evil or an enemy. Even tough I feel the same way but I don't go around hurting women like this. @Thought Art as for this guy forgive me if I am being a hypocrite but I hurt women who have hurt me in the past and generally don't hurt women I need to stop demonizing beautiful women which I need to work on. And also there is an avoidance of truth mechanism going on. You did excellent job by posting that video. The truth being avoided here is:
Beautiful women are also human, beutiful women suffer in their life too.

I have been talking to girls since my 9th standard to know in college. I have experienced rejections and a lot of heartbreak. Does that count as experience? Will they be valuable for me in the future ?

@Leo Gura even tough there are many degrees of seeing reality will CBT help in seeing the situation more objectively when one is faced with suffering? Also like can creating one's own life philosophy like - I WILL PERCEVERE THROUGH IT help in overcoming challenges ? Also Leo you wanted to come in podcasts to make yourself familiar with public so can you come in Cole Hastings podcast as I can request him ?

@Asia P I also remember that in my school days I used to love a girl and got my heart broken . But now I now I no longer love her. Also I realised that I didn't love her back then. It was just infatuation and I took the right decision to move from one sided love. Your situation is different but I don't think that you must leave a 5 year relationship for just another guy whom you met online cuz your relationship is bound to grow and it is already growing since 5 years which is a good thing. Thank you.
