  1. Dang these things are massive
  2. I have seen so much cringe that I've developed an abnormally high tolerance to cringe. Oftentimes cringe is in what we don't understand.
  3. Saying please Wearing a cross Saying hi back
  4. Yeah if you've ever found any video from Leo's YouTube channel actualized.org valuable, then you'll find this clips Vault valuable. Simple as that.
  5. August 1st 2026 30 minutes of Kriya Practice. A few mins of alternate nostril breathing, Mahamudra, and Kriya Pranayama 1 (Visualizing the energy moving up the sushumna, pausing at each chakra, using ocean breath on the way up and down, being slow af). I want to create a routine that consists of Mahamudra, Kriya Pranayamas, and Kriya Supreme Fire. As I gathered from my forum research that these were the barebones of making a highly effective Kriya Practice.
  6. I personally wanted to give a full review after full completion of consuming the product, but I wanted to say this: The value from the insights in Clip #119 was worth the price of entry. Just that one clip alone. I am taking notes on all the clips.
  7. I intend this journal to be a tool to help me with my practice, primarily with staying consistent. I plan to fill this journal with complete guides and notes from my Kriya yoga studies.
  8. EMDR therapy. Or any bilateral stimulation practice that will target and desensitize overly sensitive parts of the brain, typically associated with trauma.
  9. This makes perfect sense Leo, especially from a physical safety standpoint. My only remaining concern is the possibility of experiencing an intense struggle with my ego while under the influence—particularly a frightening or overwhelming experience with 5-MeO-DMT. (GPT clarified) I suppose the question is whether, if someone is truly serious about exploring this, they accept that fear will be part of the experience rather than trying to avoid it. (GPT clarified) And you keep going into it because you know "there's gold in that mountain." - as Leo has once said as his reasoning for going back into 5meodmt a year later where the first dose produced a panic attack. (can't find the quote) I gather that at this point, while keeping the doses controlled (10mg smoked, 10mg-15mg plugged), if you're serious, you'd front the fear anyways, because you'd know there's gold in that mountain.
  10. https://www.actualized.org/insights/the-importance-of-recognition This is a great pointer, Thankyou.
  11. I just love the entire study of it. I am enamoured with the complexity, the profundity, and the counter-intuitive nature of human connection. I was discussing with a friend today about how it appears that the most intelligent thing you can do to court women is by developing an intuition on what to do, rather than following an mechanical unconscious formula. How to develop this intuition can only come from a boat load of experience of being successful with women. Developing the holistic intelligence of intuition. I appreciate the pointer to look at this whole process from an even deeper view of the intelligence of love.
  12. What found you was meant.
