The last couple of days I’ve been starving myself from the internet and letting myself meditate and get to know myself better, I found meditating to be the hardest thing I have ever done but by the end it was so relaxing and I really felt like myself! It was so exciting and very unlike “me” I was a very closed off person and never tried new things, I was always concentrating on my looks. But after 6 days of just pure meditation, I feel like I can just restart and have a new beginning. I hope I’m not too late. Love, L xx
