  1. This ends up in a hivemind groupthink echo-chamber posts, as testified by reddit. I was just trying to poke at the absurdity of your previous post. I wish you well.
  2. It is difficult to separate quality posts and threads from the low quality, true. This effect compounds into people (including myself) browsing the forum less and less, which in turn reduces the quality of posts.
  3. he said female members

  6. No. Counterintuitively, boxers get hit way more, in MMA the hits are more brutal but less strenuous for the brain - one brutal kick and it's lights out, unlike boxing where you get hit repeatedly punched until you cannot stand anymore.
  7. Woooooooooooooooooah.
  8. you guys are so smart πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ thank you all for posting
  9. πŸ™ . Reminds me of Trungpa Rinpoche talking about how any self-referential thought evokes a subtle nausea
  10. Amazing. Did it for 6 months. One of the better decisions of my life.
  11. @flowboy thank you. super informative
  12. So. It's a good post. Thank you a lot for writing it. There is definitely a victim part to feeling gaslighted. Because - in order for "someone" to "gaslight" "you" you have to give up power and responsibility. Also, the context from which the term originates will make this truth click. On the other hand, once the victimhood is abolished and overcome, I find it an useful term to describe certain behaviours. @Razard86 Imagine someone telling you that you're unhinged, crazy or psychotic because of, for example, this post - and trying to fuck with your head. Imagine if this were someone you cared about, maybe your only confidant in the whole world. Then you believe them and sign yourself up to a nuthouse. In that case, you have been gaslit.
  13. @NoSelfSelf Life in general. I cannot think of a single field of endeavour where my results are not mediocre at best. If you mean what I would prioritise on improving, it would be - graduating, finances, finding quality male friends.
  14. I'm looking for somebody to actualize with. I'm tired of getting shit results due to doing everything on my own, nobody to make me accountable (people around me mostly do not care whether or not I'm on my A-game). Let's catalyze our process. I'll keep you in check and you respond in kind. Hope we're gonna be a good fit. Message me.
