I don't know what to make of it. Very strange.

@Holykael stop imaging bad things and focus on the life you are living. That is infinity and not the things you imagine.

What strength should a beginner start with?

Salvia is on my list. No way I’d do it solo though. It’s not really… like, at the top of my things to do. Seems scary or dangerous.

How are opiates more complex?

@sleep Maybe, or it can make it worse. You need a stable mind and foundation before you go super deep. It destabilizes stables minds to begin with.
Your healing process can be a spiritual one, and maybe it should be. But, you don’t need the highest realizations right now I think. You have your whole life ahead of you.
-
How about you focus on mental stability first. Build your foundation.

@Consept "These playlist are the best. No one has playlists like these. People come up to me all the time and say 'Donald, you really do have the best playlists. Could be the best playlists this country has ever seen.'"

Try writing out 5 pages contemplating this for yourself.
Include.
1. What questions should I ask? (then write them out)
2. What are the pros and cons of these decisions and their consequences?
3. What do I want long term in my life?
and really, just write it out and think about it.
-
@Consept Did he say it was the best playlists? I thought he said that he has really particular music tastes or something and spends a of time working on it. Someone get us a time stamp lol

@Something Funny if you want to use paper then the Bullet Journal Method can be modified to be a commonplace book, though that’s limited.

The remarkable tablet ?
My system is simple..
1. remarkable tablet because I prefer to write by hand and be in distraction free, Deep work zone. Remarkable syncs to cloud and can be accessed by phone or laptop. I think the remarkable tablet makes a great commonplace book, or part of a commonplace book system.
2. One note. -

On 2023-03-28 at 9:00 PM, Romanov said:What do you mean by there is a lot of mental illness in the trans community? Mental illness as in gender dysphoria only or mental illness for being trans without having the gender dysphoria? Reason I’m asking is because right wingers consider all trans to be mentally ill. Are you saying it the same way they are saying that or do you mean something else?
I am saying that in the trans community there is a lot of mental illness. Not that being trans is a mental illness. Though, I do wonder to what extent it may be. I mean, you want to physically alter your body because you think you were being into the wrong body. That is illness to me. Though my mind is open as I continue to see different perspectives.
This does not mean being trans is bad. I know that lots of people I’m sure are grateful they became trans.
My honest opinion on transitioning is that it is largely cosmetic and I think has a lot of risks.
For me this isn’t a right vs left issue. Not all groups of people, or identities are on an equal playing field. Each group has their own unique set of pros, cons, strengths and weaknesses.
There is an idea that is popular right now if you question this trans phenomenon that you are trans Phil, right wing, etc… etc well maybe. Or maybe, I am just observing.
I think it is natural for a man, or a women to be anywhere on the masculine or phenomenon spectrum. I have many friends who do drag, are gay, etc.
I am sure for some people being trans is great. I know people who have transitioned and seem to be doing well.
However, there is also a lot of foolishness going on.
