They’re happening in the exact same place. Intensity of imagination I’d say is pretty much the answer. That’s where we go back to levels and layers of imagination. The material world around you is like God’s imagination, top level, deepest layer, seeming real. The images in your mind a weaker less intense surface level of imagination. A human level of imagination. You create the duality. The higher and higher states of consciousness you get into the more and more they merge, until that point where there is no distinction to be had and all merges into one. So in real terms as such there is no duality, other than the one you’ve created, so you can walk and interact with this world as you do

Yes I agree. Well said. I honestly have nothing to add to this. It goes exactly with what I also mentioned, I didn't read this till after I posted my second reply. But I would have saved myself some time if I did lol.

  2. @TheOneReborn Yeah because your field of perception is the only field that exists.

If we consider that when one is in a non dual state, they are simply choking/constricting/holding back their total conciousness.

No, In a Non-Duel State your consciousness IS total. There is nothing being held back. But I intuit you may have had a typo and perhaps meant to say when "not" in a non duel state? If so then yeah the ego is limited so there is not an experience of totality at the level of the ego. That state just doesnt have the capacity to do more than be an ego lol.

When in the ego-self, thoughts appear muddied, vague, hard to grasp, almost see through in a sense like they are overlayed on top of our vision of the "material" world.

Right there is this "conceptual overlay" I call it.

Perhaps the reason for these vague/weak thoughts (thoughts with little vibrancy, or sense of realness) exist when not in non-dual conciousness is because they are simply derivative of one's "choked" conciousness (of course you are simply choking yourself here; God is choking himself). However I notice when I am in non-dual awareness and I intention ally think or day dream, my thoughts are incredibly vivid and I can imagine that I am in different worlds and it almost feel like I am in the world where I am daydreaming of. Perhaps this is because when I am closer to God conciousness, my mind isn't choked and this thoughts and imagination has so much more vibrancy and "realness" to it?

Its more like because in a Non-Duel State your absolutely "Present" fully aware of exactly what is before you that there is no longer that "inner world" of seeing thoughts. There is only the Non-Duel State with complete presence. It seems what happens is those 2 modes of perception that "Inner" and "outer" seeing Merge together, You now have the capability of "daydreaming" the external world directly.

And I guess the reason the dream right in front of us which produces the tree which I am taking as material, is because at the highest level there is a part of our being was which is always producing the dream in front of us?

The ego is a choked version of God but God is always dreaming the dream before us with full absolute conciousness.

Yeah I would agree with what you said here. The Ego is the identification with the mind/body complex. A mental fabrication of your perceived identify as a human. All that goes out the window in a Non-Duel State.

Its kind of like this, Read and apply this slowly...Stare at a spot on your wall..Clear your mind of all mental content...Now observe the fact you have a field of vision but focus on one spot...Now remove your entire body and sense of having a head...now remove the room itself including the entire planet...Your just floating there in that spot or space...All of that "content" we removed, consciousness is able to materialize as anything in and as that space. God is that space and place we are looking from. The 2 are merged as One. Thus we have the creation of Reality.

@Kamo Since all of these factors are being imagined, what do you feel is the real cause? Perhaps we design these factors in advance depending how we want the game to unfold for us. Interesting question.

I think it seems like the real cause would simply be the movement of imagination itself. Kind of like how flowing water makes up a stream but the stream is constructing itself on the fly. So how ever the water ends up is just due to its journey along the stream bed. The water is going to take the form of what ever shapes are in the terrain. There are only prior conditions that give rise to specific circumstances. So looking for a cause for anything becomes an infinite process. Like asking what caused the big bang and so on. So the conditions and circumstances mentioned by David Hawkins makes the most sense to me.

  4. This question ive been battling with for a few years. But its all based on how you interpret it. It may shock you to discover the answer. I cant give it to you. but i can try to describe it a bit, Thoughts occur right where your at. There is no location because consciousness is non-local. That mental imagery your seeing in your minds eye is the world. If you notice very closely, You can not hold an imagine in your mind and observe the tree in front of you. Only one at a time. but you can switch instantaneously. You still see the tree, but in a sense your not even looking at it, It takes a high level of attention to notice it, But the "outside" world stops being perceived for that hyper millisecond your attention is on the inner world. There only is your distinction of the 2 and how you interpret it. They come together as your perspective and only thoughts can tell you there's a difference. Just be careful with this one because theres alot of room for delusion.

Thought is an abstraction about reality, then superimposed or projected back onto or "about" it. Thoughts will be based on your state of consciousness. So trying to carry thoughts about one state over between states gets very tricky, You said, ".Even when thoughts occur you are simply lying to yourself about about the non-dual nature of the world." right this is the self deception Leo has been speaking about. Theres another thought that is creating that perspective for you. If your having trouble watch Leos video on Actuality. It can help you get a clear distinction between concept and imagination v.s Actuality ,which all occur with in Reality, which is your entire perspective or Consciousness.

  5. I take Budo Taijutsu, Its a mix of Ninjutsu and Samaria. Highly intellectual art. I think you would want to first understand what consciousness is, because to "fuse consciousness with your art" literally makes no sense. Consciousness IS the art. lol. However it may be interesting to converse about how we observe how awareness of aspects of what is learned within the art develop over time. Such has noticing the subtle things, how you can sense "intention" or observations of how the mind is able to quickly process and predict and counter or not. or things about your structure, your opponents structure and how to manipulate the body in certain ways to create openings. How you can force your opponent to shift their attention to different parts of their body, or performing a strike which then leaves them vulnerable for another technique because you already know what their reaction must be. There's quite alot in this art. Boxing and Kickboxing Im sure have some cool things that would be interesting to lean about. Idk much about it besides what I've seen online.

Lets stop demonizing food groups...its nonsense!

Take 3 fruits: Watermelon, Blueberries & apples
-> One will spike your blood sugar (watermelon)
-> The other will stabilize (apples)
-> Blueberries can even lower the glycaemic impact of other foods

    In general:

especially if you dont suffer from insulin-intolerance..

I juice all my fruits. I have like 2 thick ass juicing books with multiple combos of various fruits you send through your juicer. If you don't own a juicer I HIGHLY recommend it! 2 Oranges, 2 Green apple, and half a lemon will energize your fuckin soul! lol

I was asking the same thing too, but no one answered me no matter how many threads I created.

I recently bought a cook book, A Taste of Wellbeing, by Sadghuru, and I think I was scammed. The ingredients are so obscure with these Indian vegetables, none of my grocery stores sell these ingredients.

@Husseinisdoingfine Awee thats beat dude..ok what im thinking is you could find similar ingredients of like the same family of plants that are used? Or look for an Indian store? By me there are Nepali stores that have stuff like that. (Pennsylvania) But yeah so far my thread has also successfully managed to avoid the actual question, which is recipes, meal ideas, combos. lol. Ill give it a few more days lol. In fact Ill just take charge of this one, and Ill come back and post my combination plans. I was trying to not answer my own question since I already have ideas, i was looking here in order to add to my own mental "cookbook" but I see other people like yourself are wondering the same question so ill see what I can come up with. So far i just make "Buddha bowls. Very combo friendly.

Which is not a bad thing per se.

The rule of thumb is to limit insulin spikes to 3-4 per day. Snacking is a big factor in unnecessary insulin spikes. Because even a half banana will spike your insulin like a big meal would. Also look "what" spikes the insulin. If it's long chained carbohydrates, mixed with a lot of fibre, that's ideal. Beans, nuts, vegetables and high protein plants will give you the best insulin behavior and gut micro biome.

    So much more to say...

One easy rule for me is to simulate how our ancestors would eat:

High fibre, long fasting periods between meals, no sugar, no processed junk food. Drinking Non-caloric liquids.

That works super well for me.

@Vynce Good advice for general health and info about insulin. appreciate your input, What kind of recipes would you recommend for a few different meal options?

  9. No, the body needs movement, I do HIIT Training every week. It has many positive, noticeable benefits. You might not want to do it 6 days a week unless your trying to loose weight or have a serious strength goal though, because it does generate a good amount of fatigue. There will be some kind of obvious wear to some degree but because the body has adapted to it over many years I dont think youll be less capable than someone who never works out at all in the long run. I incorporate HIIT with my weight lifting routine and balance my fitness. Combined training of 4-5 days a week with 2 days to rest on a kind of rotation is what I do. As the prior posts mentioned diet, rest and being careful to not cause damage are key factors to consider. Consistency is most important, once you start you basically will need to maintain that habit for as long as your physically able to. You'll end up creating a baseline that you can choose to maintain with a fitness plan or progress further or digress. Atrophy can happen if you just stop which can cause you other issues. Being young, you can do more but obviously as you age you will want to tone it down accordingly, but id say its a life long habit. There's a video on Youtube ill link, of a 70 year old man whos been working out his entire life and hes in amazing shape and can do more physically than some highschool kids these days, So I would say look at that evidence if your curious about long term. https://youtu.be/g0GYBHD7KUQ

  10. I think it would be very helpful. Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. The thing is even if something is legal in one part of the world and not another. I think most of us would choose to order anyway, even if it's illegal to our own country if the site legitimately has it. We need sites that ship discreetly, however ever it may highlight those sites that sell it and make them prone to be discovered by the wrong people and risk getting shut down. Finding 5MeO anywhere legitimately is certainly challenging, so I'd love to know how you get it Leo. A source I used in the past has been compromised. So finding a new one isn't easy.

  11. The desire to seek it because it was "cool" could now block you from experiencing it. The conceptual expectation of it could now be your road block. Your best bet is to forget about it completely, to the same degree you were unaware of it before it happened. That state directly prior to it if replicated could potentially produce the same results. So try to remember how you relaxed into it the first time then drop expectations.

Personally this happened to me before, but I was on LSD so I would honestly suggest trying that too. Dont be driving though, obviously.

  12. Okay so now is a good opportunity for me to mention what i mean, for you to be able to create your response and say "in my view" that is inherently suggesting your self-concept. As you may be in a more surrendered state to not really be identified with a self concept, I understand how you can be just observing life happen, but you still hold one as a function to reference yourself. That is the aspect I am talking about. It seems there is no way around that especially when communicating with others?

  13. Ive been working on understanding concepts and thoughts quite rigorously, I understand how thought as a system is doing the conceptualizing and contemplating really about itself or the nature of thought, Thinking is the movement of thoughts as it fabricates ideas about more thoughts and ideas. Identifying with Awareness engaging in observation, There are insights that arise about the structure and the thought patterns which is subtlety different from thought itself, that informs me with some kind of information about the structure. I realize how the self concept or Ego is another idea with in this system of thought. Its almost like the part of the mind which is claiming the responsibility of all mental phenomena and physical actions and the subject of experiencing. Ive been in states of consciousness where this idea fell away and life was just "happening" I was unable to operate from that state, there was deep confusion and Identity seemed to be ungrounded. Eventually an identity or self concept was reconstructed to allow the mind to operate and engage with the world again. Learning about how the ego really eventually drops away or reduces its patterns completely, I became puzzled, my question to you guys is,

Does the ability or care to do anything without the concept of a "Me/I" who is doing it maintain progression?

Moving into higher mind thinking this "seeker" is trying to "gain" or better oneself to varying degrees through Self Actualization, however that whole thing is literally just a concept within awareness. Furthermore, This I know to be me making the "assumption" that, if this is lost (self concept) then would the desire to even bother with the work go with it, can "I" still do the work without the concept of an "I" or "persona" to maintain knowledge of who or what exactly I am working with? This aspect may be an illusory egoic defense mechanism to sustain itself, how ever there still seems to be some kind of importance in it being upheld in order to care to do anything? If there's no concept of "Me" to take responsibility for generating results in my life how then is the motivation/desire going to be maintained to continue anything?

Identity may just shift to something else like the field of Awareness which I already grasp experientially, which may allow the system to progress without a self concept, I see how there is a fundamental survival mechanism running in which the system will continue to do things to survive (similar to how animals or children work) with out the need for a self concept, which may be automatically oriented into progressing to higher degrees of awakening, but beyond that it seems I need an idea of myself to know who is doing the constructing of my life as well as upholding whos life is being Actualized.

  14. 100% agree with the prior posts, It does fuck with attention span. The first time i downloaded tik tok i spent 3 hours and i couldnt believe myself! After that 3 hours I deleted it and never redownloaded it since. They are a complete distraction really, Delete tik tik, just exist with out that all together, stay away from shorts maybe let one slide every 3 hours or something like that if your using Youtube for high quality content. You can strategically use it for a timed "cool down, or break period" from your work if your disciplined enough to maintain time, and staying on track and not get sucked away by it. It can be helpful to have a good laugh here and there. But discipline is the key. Just dont let yourself get sucked into repeated videos. Same goes for scrolling social media. Generally observe yourself, your productivity, your habitual tendencies. Its pretty obvious the effects it can have if you find yourself spending more time on those things than spending it to grow/learn/train yourself while on this path.

  15. @Benton @BenG  Yeah I think normally most us will experience this ego inflation at some point to one degree or another, But in my experience the more you frame those experiences as being personally attributed to you as a private gift if you will, and don't mention them very much the more you can integrate the lessons into your own worldview. It will humble you when you can have deep experiences and never even mention you had them. During specific discussions on the topics, it can be appropriate to bring them up to contribute to advising others but stay mindful to not mention in a way that you assuming you are better than them but simply to help them learn and understand. We are students and teachers to each other. Generally the insights are yours to understand privately.
