This is mostly cope. The reality of the situation is bullies are very smart, witty and strong. Much more so than most others. They don’t feel bad about themselves because their dominant nature and boundless confidence gets them tons of chicks, which then makes them feel even better like they’re the boss in life which further reinforces their belief in themselves and it snowballs into making them very powerful. Bullying is seen all throughout the animal kingdom. The stronger animals ruthlessly torment the weaker ones to minimize the likelihood of competition.

We tend to look at bullies as other people or groups. While that is true, there’s actually another bully that most are unaware of: themselves.

Yes, you bully yourself a lot of times without even realizing it!

But also realize that walking away from your bully is a very empowering move that you’re able to make!

You can be confident and dominant without bullying someone.

And also, bullying by itself has no relation to confidence. It's not mutually inclusive. You can bully someone without confidence. Bullying is usually enmeshed in an underlying insecurity.

@Chives99 fighting them is not the solution. You simply have to not have them around. They always want something to hold on to.

I had once a bully, fucking punched him in the eye, it was blue the whole week. Thats how you deal with it. You always gotta way your options. When like 40 people are bullying you consistently and with dedication, you cant fight them, use charm and make them "friends". As soon as you can move places, do it, speaking from experience. Lern your lessons, dont make yourself look vulnerable and exploitable. There are huge life lessons to be learnt. A strong man can make the decision to be kind, a weak man cant be kind.

Forget about girls in these kinds of scenarios, it's not worth ponder about how your bully fucks your crush. Stand your own and see how life unfolds. And dont get bitter about it.

I always tried to outsmart people who tried to bully me, or humiliate them in some way.

In my former workplace someone made fun of me because of my veganism. He was so closed minded that he couldn't accept the fact there is such thing as being vegan.

At the beginning I didn't took him seriously but he didn't stop and always found opportunities to laugh at me with very bad and childish jokes that made one or two who people  who feared him to unwillingly laugh and other people cringe. 

Since he was so identified with being a masculine and straight man, I looked for opportunities to make jokes implying that he is gay in a closet or a trans, and it worked.

I used his insecurities against him in such a random, non aggressive and playful way that he ended up confused and fearful of me.
