You have to consider that it also depends on the duration and frequency you are using a drug.
I don't really know how frequent people take cocaine on average but someone who takes one line a day would surely not have the withdrawls of someone who takes like 10 lines a day. And add to that if you do it for a week, it will still be mild in comparison to what happens if you do that for years.
Same with porn and fapping, when you do it for a few years just once or twice a day, the withdrawls may not be too bad. But if we are talking about people who have been doing that for like 20 years and totally lost control, binging it regularely so that even the craziest fetishes don't get you off anymore, that is a point where the withdrawl must be hell. But yes, I would agree that cocaine has more harmful potential. 

Common withdrawal symptoms include

Insomnia and other sleep difficulties

Anxiety, stress and other forms of fear

Headaches and pains and stiffness in muscles, joints, teeth, jaw, genitals and other parts of the body

Fatigue and weakness

Depression, despair and other forms of sadness

Agitation

Lack of Focus / attention / concentration (brain fog)

Mood Swings

Frustration, irritability, annoyance, short-temperedness and other forms of anger

Flu, nausea, fever and other forms of sickness

Little or no libido, flatline (Can take days to manifest, and last a long time)

Pornographic flashbacks and sexual dreams

Horniness, sexual cravings, sexual thoughts and urges to use porn and/or masturbate

Desire to avoid socializing

I would also add shaking to this list, because I was literally shaking like crazy in the beginning and I was fapping for just like 1-2 times a day and could still easily get off to vanilla porn, there are much much worse cases.

I've noticed that if you have lots of stuff going on, being on noFap becomes easy. I haven't had cravings for a quite some time now.

I do NoFap but still jizz my pants in my sleep at least once a week. Even twice in one night on occasion. Can't seem to shake it. Fuck it. Still feeling great for not playing with myself to pixels.

The cool thing that I noticed is, even when I see a random nude picture or scenes in movies/series, which is hard to avoid nowadays, I seem to have the capacity to choose whether I want to be turned on by it or not. I think this might be due to my constant awareness.

I'm trying to beat this addiction and it has been already 1 year 7 months of trying. I'm on day 3 now of no pmo and this time I'm ready for this and it's time to quit. Getting more spiritual growth, when I don't have any addictions  anymore, and PMO is the only addiction and attachment that i still have.

Day 4 is for some reason the most difficult for me if you look at it in isolation.

It's like my body is telling me "wow man these are old liquids, are you expecting me to deal with this?"

@Shin Throughout my teens at LEAST once a day. Started to calm down towards 19 I think. I'm 24 now and 2-3 years prior to giving up it was anywhere from once a day to 3-4 times a week. Last year prob 2-3 times a week TOPS. More like once a week. 

And it wasn't always to porn.

Prior to Nofap it was once everyday, and after that I maybe had something like one wet dream per month top.

Do you meditate everyday, are you conscious most of the time ?

@Shin Yeah they've been weekly or near enough since starting NoFap 3-4 months ago. Well I'll admit I've masturbated without porn twice since then.

I do meditate most days but it certainly isn't every day. Maybe miss 50 days a year and really fallen off the wagon over christmas missing a lot of days. But I plan to keep up the consistency from now on.

I don't know if I'm conscious to be honest I really can't tell. I guess I notice opportunities to be assertive, show integrity, and when I'm being negative a lot more than I used to. 

I could probably work on stopping myself from having wet dreams as these dreams are pretty much always lucid. I've always been able to have lucid dreams.

What if we never masturbate(d)? Is "nofap" (or rather no masturbation) for girls too? :3 Does it have the same good effects if we don't masturbate? Personally I feel like I'm quite sensitive, actually oversensitive down there because of no stimulation. I mean sure, if you masturbated your whole life then nofap is great, but think about the fact that you were once a fapper so you had that initial boost or whatever. Just my thoughts.

It has been so long since I last fapped that (used to fap 1-2 times a day), now when I get horny as fuck, I don´t even think about masturbating, something in my mind has clicked. I have so much sexual energy built up because of this that I sometimes find it difficult to release without a steady flow of available females or focusing that vital energy into something useful like my life purpose but that is easier said then done in my case. There was this one day tho, I was so extremely horny that I was like fuck this, So I started studying pick up hard. I just could not take it any longer, this was only about a month ago, still haven't approached yet so I am usually balling my eyes out while driving home.

Dropping fapping is easy, at least for me, like it is literally just not touching your dick. What I found is that it is not useful to fill the gaping hole (fapping) with more bullshit like TV, computer games or more addictions but actually trying to go deep and find the root cause whether it be depression, anxiety, loneliness, fear of death or whatever you have, this is key. 

What I also noticed is that when I go out now I am wearing clothes that are tighter, show more skin, trying to grow my hair out, almost trying to look gay, becoming more of a woman in a sense and it´s continuing to develop into strange territory, I am not gay but I want to like as gay as you can get before people really start to take your gayness seriously. I never dressed like this before nofap. I think I was suppressing something inside of me that was dying to get out.
