Ah, ya I would only talk to people that I might be interested in being friends with. I agree with your point, it happens a lot to me when I'm not even the one engaging.

Yea I can imagine its even more common there in America than here in Sweden

For me, the best is probably just heavily prioritizing and focusing on my life purpose.

I think the place you live could also be an issue.

Imagine if you moved somewhere nice in the tropics, like Thailand or Mexico, where people are more open and outgoing. You could just go to a beach bar alone and meet lots of interesting people. Do you have that in Finland?

I have a ton of people in my circle, but none my true friend, which just makes it all the worst.

How would you define a true friend? And what is lacking in your current friendships that would make them true?

How do you guys deal with loneliness?

Fall is arriving here in Finland, it’s getting darker, wetter and colder each day.

I have a ton of people in my circle, but none my true friend, which just makes it all the worst.

How do you deal with it? I deal with it via art, music, crying, dancing and the little surface level socializing I do.

Same here bro, just the Swedish version.

I go to pair dance socials and dance with beautiful girls, I go to gymnastics gym where I have some people to talk with although they are not my friends, I go climbing at the gym where there might be a chance of meeting a nice woman.

What I stopped doing is:

-I quit dating apps! Delete those fucking pieces of crap from your phone!

-I reduce social media to a minimum

-I stopped trying to make friends, most people are shallow and unsatisfying for me. I stopped chasing sex. I am only looking for a serious romantic relationship.

-I try to enjoy life alone. I don't want to kid myself, it is lonely, but who is feeling lonely? Me? Who am I? It is veeery hard to find a woman who will deeply satisfy me, and even then, what if we break up? I need to learn to be happy alone.

And learning to be happy alone is boosting your chances to find a woman. Because women get attracted to power. If they feel they have more power than you, they lose attraction. Chasing women is not power. Being happy alone is real power. Chasing sex is not power. Daring to say "no thanks" to sex if not suitable is real power. Go where women are, talk to them in a CURIOUS manner, and those who are ready to date will date you. This ia why dating apps don't work. They have waaay more power than you there. It is so funny how radical feminists try to take power away from men, then they blame them for being unattractive losers. They have no clue what they're doing, they have no clue what they want, emotional NPCs.

For me it's keeping busy. As long as I'm on my purpose and discipline, I don't get lonely. Even in the weekends, I can go out either with existing friends or go make new ones, so it rarely hits me very strongly.

Although, when it does, I usually just curl up in a ball and watch brainrot content while smoking a joint.

Find a long-term partner. Doesn't matter who as long as they treat you good and they have qualities that you wish you had. That way you'll get those qualities through osmosis. It's no coincidence that the overwhelming majority of people get married. This Casanova Don Juan lifestyle is a marketing scheme that only fools chase. It's on the same level of as trying to be a rockstar very few people make it and those that do realize it's not what makes them happy anyway. And millions of fools try to get there, and burn through a lot of time and cash in the process.

Yes, romantic relationships are so good. Unfortunately most people have very shirty romantic relationships. They might be better alone tbh.

Out sexual drives are deeply connected to psychological state. Many people use their sexuality to numb out feelings of loneliness and other stuff. Not saying that is you obviously as I do not know you personally. But it is something I have commonly saw in others and in myself.

I feel  that after to much engagement with deep abstract or intelectual something inside asks for sex. Is like the root chackra asking for a bit roots. I think that sex may be a good way to work with it. I cant believe the celibate bullshit. Having a woman with you may help the spiritual development better than celibacy. Of course i case of no woman Porn is a option, but is a fast release instead of the satisfaction of the real deal.

Generate a level of quality attentiveness through spiritual practice to resolve the underlying issues related to intimacy with people so that you can connect with anyone and still find a level of wholeness within. The problem on the surface is "being properly entertained" by people who you are interacting with, such that you feel "close". But the real underlying issue is a quality of discontentment with what is happening now. Each of those moments is an opportunity to practice your philosophy.

The more you can alchemize moments of discontentment into contentment and cease looking for the next thing, the more you can chain a continuum of wellbeing that persists through the changing conditions of the moment.

Glad you thought it funny I was joking a little. But a good looking guy like you should have no problem. Also if they aren't conscious then just find someone who is trainable. Just like employers, look for collaboration and trainable partners.

People today have a huge misconception about relationships namely that one argument should snowball into a divorce and that we can't teach and lead our family members to greater states of being after a few arguments. This is evidenced by the high divorce rate. We can learn and teach things to our partners much like a good parent never gives up on their kids.

I recommend finding someone and practise your leadership skills and grow together. If you end up having kids these same skills will be needed to raise mature kids.

The partner if not already in a path of self knowing and discovery will resist being trained. Communication and openmindness is a must. Some will resist truth, becasusfor some truth is scary and change hurts.

Dating to change someone is foolish and manipulative, disingenuous and hurtful.
