Anyone can understand it, it's very simple. What is not so simple is being open to that truth, to the absolute being, because our psyche is designed for closedness

Truth is the « thing » left when you are done looking at every duality in existence under scrutiny to find reality and when you realize you can’t find it. Truth is what you can’t quite put your finger on but also cannot escape at all. You’d be escaping truth just to find more truth.
