What are the best ways to have the clearest and sharpest mind possible? 

A few things i thought of 

 

Heavy metal detox

Great and consistent sleep

Focus deep work blocks , no distractions

Excercise

No caffeine, alcohol, porn, scrolling as it scatters the mind and nervous system

Walks and nature time

Solititude and staying away from Drama

Healhty whole foods, brain foods

 

Anything else?

I think your list covers most important ones. What I'd add is meditation with some concentration object, developed as a meta-skill that has positive effect on other things that assists cognition. Also maybe a deliberate practice into some challenging skill either deepening a current skill-set or taking up something new like musical instrument or drawing or something like that.

Full blood panel & work from there. Not just the normal stuff. Endocrinology in depth etc. the best suppliment is the one we are deficient in.

Sleep absolutely no.1

Every 45 minutes of focused work, 15 minutes light movement.

Zone 3/4/5 cardio regularly.

Creatine did crazy shit for my focus and overall awareness. YMMV

freeing yourself from karma. if you do morally corrupt things such as lying, exploiting others or self interested things such as eating unhealthy food because it serves your personal pleasure in the moment not only will it weigh on your conscience which will interrupt your peace of mind, it will also create future consequences that you have to deal with such as managing lies when they resurface far later, or facing health problem because of food choices. This is a clutter to the mind. So doing the right thing and being focused on pure action without self interested intent prevents future mental baggage. For example if you work on a business and you're overly focused on the outcome of the business that will occupy your mind a lot and stir up emotion once the outcome is not achieved. Instead pure doing is liberating to the mind!
