My Psychoactives Tier list (80+ substances)

Over the past 3.5 years I've done a little over 80 psychoactive substances. Primarily for mystical experiences and contemplation, but also other purposes such as improving cognitive function, sleep quality, and occasionally plain recreation. I find the term 'psychedelics' way too narrow, especially as used here — typically referring to serotonergics (tryptamines, phenethylamines, lysergamides), perhaps once in a blue moon some basic dissociatives or weed/Salvia. While that largely constitutes what God is realized on, there's much more to this domain than most people currently imagine.
So I'm sharing this tier list and some accompanying findings in hopes of opening up discussion of new substances, routes of administration, combinations, ways of thinking about neurotransmitters, and so on. This is a preamble of sorts to a much more extensive guide to everything concerning psychedelics I'm working on. 

Note: while some rankings are almost universally translatable, this is still a subjective opinion; there are substances that work well for me but may not for others / be outright harmful, and vice versa — people's genetics are unique. This can vary a lot even by batch, route, and a myriad of other factors. Generally everything on the list assumes the purest batches, which, admittedly, can be quite hard, if not downright impossible to obtain for some of these items.
As they say, this is purely for educational/entertainment purposes, I am not suggesting anyone take anything on this list. If you dislike psychedelics or are concerned about mental, physical, legal, & other consequences, that's your prerogative. A chemical having no effect is about the luckiest negative outcome you can draw. For example, I spent over 300$ on a single milligram of Salvinorin B ethoxymethyl ether only to get some threshold sensations; that's just the nature of the game. Can't eat the costs = don't play. 
So, please, no fuss about stims, benzos, antipsychotics, or "it's just an experience bro".  
That said, I'm happy to clarify my reasoning for ranking specific chemicals as they are, link a trip report I wrote if it exists, provide a short description, or give other advice. I've done at least 2 tests with them all (yes, even those that I hated), usually many more. While I don't anticipate any major changes, some in-tier shifts can still take place, and new ones will be added as they're sampled (the image is a permalink updated on the remote).

Yellow = Tryptamines
Red = Lysergamides
Orange = Phenethylamines (incl. psychedelic amphetamines and empathogens/benzofurans)
Cyan = GABA drugs (benzodiazepines, Z, alcohol...)
Blue = Stimulants (amphetamines, cathinones, pyros...)
White = Cannabinoids
Dark grey = Opioids
Pink = Salvinorins
Black = Uncategorized (antipsychotics, nootropics, antihistamines/anticholinergics, hypertension meds, and so on)

B = Good stuff, can take occasionally. No big deal if it disappeared though.
C = So-so, either due to side effects, not being good enough on their own, or some other reason.
D = Boring, weak, noticeably unhealthy, etc.
F = actively hate 
Rest = self-explanatory 

Main tips I can give after all this experience:

• Be open to combinations — especially tryptamines + dissociatives (e.g. 4-HO-MET + DMXE) — one expands consciousness, the other dissolves boundaries, yielding a beautiful synergy. Everyone I know who's tried it so far can attest to that. 
• Take dissociatives seriously. Holes are on the same level as breakthroughs, but qualitatively different. I actually prefer them in some sense. Since human consciousness is so fucking low it can be much easier to reduce it to zero than scale to infinity, and NMDA sits right at the edge between that and a complete GABA knockout. 
• Read research papers, learn chemistry (especially organic) & neuropharmacology fundamentals, experiment with conversions/extractions/purifications — seems daunting initially, but after a while becomes almost plain English. AI helps a lot (always double check what it or anyone say though!). 

In short, the exact same principles of open-mindedness and Pure Learning powering all of this work.

Mmm, bit weak & commonplace to include IMO. There's other things like that, e.g. some people get quasi-psychedelic effects from melatonin.
I've done caffeine pills briefly some years ago, standalone probably around the bottom of C.
