Security is there for worst case scenarios.

Of course most people will be good.

The bigger issue is someone had a bad reaction then if they don’t get medical attention sue you. That’s why I’m saying to have on-site medical professionals and a lawyer draft contracts. 
 

Also some sort of insurance.

There is a lot care behind it. You are assuming things.

Just because you don't like how I worded one sentence doesn't mean care is missing.

Every potential problem is being seriously considered. There are still months left to make preparations, which I will be doing. Not everything is solved yet. This takes time.

Are there known contraindications for this substance? I am assuming it has some research and history. 

I suppose even answering may give clues you do not wish to give. Clashes with chemicals can be deadly.
