Lots of people take weed. What’s different about early humans that weed would affect them differently than today? And how do the humans who don’t experience cannabis the way Leo does get convinced to go along with those supposed realizations from genetics outliers? I guess the question remains even without weed in the picture.

It doesn't need to affect them differently. Normal distrubtion curve is enough. Only the elite mystics need it anyways. Not your average farmer or coal miner.

My theory is that the elite priests and shamans use it, and then the knowledge gets passed down and codified into religion for the ignorant and insensitive masses. Then the religon gets hijacked by political elites for power and population control.

You just know the ancient Egyptian high priests were smokin somethin. The only question is what and how much?

Leo what's the genetic factor that draws the few rare people like us in the forum towards spirituality in a world filled with normies?

Is that just higher baseline consciousness calling to us?

And how prevalent do you think manual techniques were among those people? I'm guessing some societies didn't use them at all while others were still being invented. (eg probably India)

I don't know how much that is genetic. Lots of people are drawn to personal development and psychological topics.

Personality type is a factor. Lots of INTPs here.

I always said cannabis was more like a  psychedelic in its own right. There is a different experience if one ingests cannabis because it produces a different, more potent compound. For me smoking it is more of a  psychedelic experience. Men and woman have been having it for over 2000 years even longer.

Leo what do you think is happening with people who use cannabis multiple times a day, every day? I remember when I was smoking that if I took a long enough break then came back to cannabis, it was incredibly profound and enlightening. Then I would start using it daily and it would slowly pull me down into a pit of fog and unconsciousness.

They focus on nurturing their empathy, developing self-discipline, and fostering authentic connections while learning to balance their high-reaching ambitions with necessary self-care and authentic, independent thought.

When you smoke too much weed, it's like you're walking up the stairs of the Titanic.
It feels like you're taking profound steps, but the whole boat is sinking ;)

That said, I do love weed, and when used in the right balance, it can be truly supportive.

balance always...

i view the use of cannabis like using anything in life

just like we´ve developed the habit of checking our phones every 30 secs

i learned to ask myself why do i wanna smoke and if the Now is supporting that in a balanced way

i used to smoke a lot in the past as a escape goat of reality

now i´ve reached a point where i feel high even i´m not high

Life is Good
