Oh yeah, Kriya yoga.

Do you do that now? You've mentioned practicing pranayamas on and off.

Thanks for sincere answers! Seems like main themes are diet and dating (DD).

So you think you would have benefited from early dating? For now I am intentionally not find a gf and working on health, life purpose.

At your age your job is just to surround yourself with girls, take the opportunities when they come.

Meditation and Yoga.

If I was 18 I would focus all my attention on Sadhguru.

Great question, i can honestly say i don't regret much, i could say i wish i had spent my college years doing something more meaningful and meditating rather than just partying and sex but actually i needed to experience that and get it out of my system. Maybe  i regret not dating girls more, like i could've had more girlfriends, instead of just hook ups and not giving up so quickly on that or not prioritizing it.

Also, i wish i never started watching porn, that seems to have only had negative results in my life, but also breaking free of it has taught me a lot too.

But all in all i don't regret much and am very grateful for everything i've gotten to experience, i feel like i've burned through most of my karma and at 32 I can fully devote myself to my life purpose, which is ahead of the curve in general.

Socializing and dating. So many girls in your age group are fuckable because everyone is still young and beautiful and you arent mature enough to understand how immature these girls are so you can get so much romance.

And if you didnt have many friends before you can all built it up later, high school doesnt define you at all.

Dude, if you could travel back in time even one year you could be a billionaire investing in stocks. That is not something to regret.

Wish I took everything less seriously.

Wish I knew that the pain I felt in my teens is universal and "happy" people that appeared to "have it all" were in just as much pain as me, if not worse.

Also, wish I didn't take anti-consumerism too far. I was so anti-consumerist I always asked for nothing for Christmas and demonized all business. That made me open-minded, anti-mainstream, and open to spirituality. But it came at a cost of learning how to market myself and start a biz. I thought "value isn't a real thing," therefore I have none to offer.

All of that said, I'm proud of what I've done considering the hole I was in early on.
