Reading any of these books is such a conformist thing to do,

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

1984 by George Orwell

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien

Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling

These are the books they forced on us when I was in high school.

1984 is exactly what I had in mind. Such an over-referenced book.

Notion, Trello boards, productivity apps, planners

They’re mostly bloat. I have a notion for my dream board and journals / notes and then a budget page I never use. I use the notes app on my Apple products that syncs with everything and Google Docs otherwise. This whole productivity app industry is 90% a distraction.

Worse, theres a whole movement of people who track everything now from their food to their steps. And yes, these people are completely pseudo productive, meaning they feel productive but aren't.

are accents conformity?...
live with a social group for quite some time, you tend to naturally follow their way of talking, mannerisms ( head wobbling)

I thought of this when I saw this video of a Norwegian guy stuck in India.

For sure. But that's so deep that it's not really worth undoing. Unless you got one of those ugly British accents. :D

Indian English accent is the sexiest English accent ever 🤣

“God is the Alpha Omega .. the beginning-less  beginning and the endless end .
He is the first without start . He is the last without end . He is the manifest actuality ..nothing covers him . He is the most hidden essence  ..nothing can grasp him .. nothing below him or more subtle than him .The ego is the belief I’m separate from god . Because being god is too good to be true .No matter how dark it gets or difficult it gets ..no matter how long it is going to take .. my destiny is the infinite happiness and infinite joy and love as the best thing ever ..God .  “

-that’s a me .

The most consistent pattern surrounding conformity among all substantive demographics is simply overall meta-cognitive awareness of the social substrate.

Conformity is neither special, nor unspecial, though ironically it does very much flow like water moving downstream from a mountain of awareness. And that's an apt analogy, with the legwork up the mountain reflective of moving up higher levels of more sophisticated social intelligence on the momentum the otherwise predictable current would conform to.

The conflict of interest in the context of this analogy is that a reader may inform their own awareness that their non-conformity is indicative of their level of awareness or consciousness however that is not necessarily so, I stated what was "the most consistent pattern", which is inclusive then, of the substrate that lays beneath one's own awareness that makes up their concept of self.
