i definitely appreciate the element of universal empathy that her teachings convey. the idea that no matter how erratic the behaviour, there's some purpose or at least some good intention at its core.

I believe her psychiatrist was responsible for implanting a lot of false repressed memories in other patients. Some of those close to her claim many of her stories of torture and abuse are made up. Beliefs enhanced by this psychiatrist.

There was an article written about her a while back that would shed light on the subject.

She lies about everything. One of her childhood caretakers that was interviewed corroborated this.

She's got some serious issues.

idk about the alien story but the one i remember is that she's an oracle with extrasensory/psychic abilties or sth like that.

i think it's fair to say that her teachings on relationships and mental health can be valuable regardless, and personally i'm not sure if i should believe these rumours about the SRA being made up or not....would be interested to hear more about it though, in case someone wants to share a link lol:)

And she's an original thinker too. You always get a unique perspective from her, and she can talk about a lot of things. I always found her analysis of the psychology of different countries in her travel blogs fascinating, as she touches on deeply unconscious dynamics. Quiet insightful when it comes to relationship dynamics.

She doesn't tend to qualify her statements much though. I find myself asking a lot "how do you know this?", which makes her philosophically weaker than she'd otherwise be in my opinion. Ironically, she also seems a bit out of touch with what it is like to be a normal person. Most apparent with her political takes, which are hilariously bad. The new age mysticism I find uninteresting and implausible. 

I think Teal is categorically a crazy person, but personal development made her more level headed than she would be otherwise. I think all the hearsay surrounding her essentially comes down to her rubbing people the wrong way since she's kinda crazy at a certain level. Apparently she's quiet controlling of her inner circle members, needing them to orbit around her all the time like a teddy bear collection.

There's this interview with a childhood friend - again just someone's perspective & experience. May only be partial truth:

tl;dr Teal has a rather questionable past.

Teal has formally stated she in an alien from Arcturus and has full access to the Akashic records.

This guy has some really good interviews, here is one with Teal. I find simply by sitting and observing deeply, all you need to know is there. 

Almost everyone has a child within them that is wounded in some way or another, that child needs love more than anything.

All that other stuff doesn't really matter, because at the end of the day, everyone needs a little more love and support.

Her New Age takes are bull-shitty. But everything else is deep, wise, and super practical.

She reinforced my masculine vs. Feminine beliefs, especially the comment section of videos about that topic. Good anecdotal evidence. She has to be taken with a grain of salt. Overall I did not get locked by her videos if there was no talk about men vs women dynamics. Leo is next level. 

I think she helps people understand what and woman and what a man is in these Insane post-modern times. The fact that she looks gorgeous draws lots of attention, so the word reaches many.
