What's also true is that I can do my best to be less corrupt. There's a very erotic strange relationship between Truth and Corruption.

That's what all this Self Actualization work is, from being this corrupt survival zombie, to striving and thriving to become selfless and wise sages. There will still be corruption, maybe we can never be totally free of human corruption but I don't know that and I am open to that as a possibility to be completely free of corruption. It's a hell of nut to crack.

We also don't have to forget that all finite manifestations must be corrupt by virtue of being limited. So in human development we are a finite figment of reality evolving towards ever more complete holism without ever crossing the event horizon of perfection or total Truthfulness, unless one becomes Infinite and Godly.

I think you misunderstand Leo. 

You can lie but still be truthful. Stay to the truth that you are a liar and be conscious of that and take responsibility. Truth will be with you.

What you describe is just human morality.

What do you all think of Britney Spears? I recently made new friends, mostly women, who love Spears and they keep singing her songs whenever I'm around them.

On one hand I really like some of her songs, especially her début single, but on the other hand the celebrity world really destroyed her, especially in 2007 when she attacked a paparazzi with an umbrella. 

Do you consider her life any way enviable? Especially how young she was when she became successful,  how good of a singer she is and how good some of her songs are.

That's just cunningness. Because if you value Truth, you instantly see how that will corrupt and rotten your mind over time.

Of course, you can lie and hopefully, still you are aware enough to recognise; I am lying and breaking my integrity for personal gain; but that is an exception, not the norm. The way of living in this word is extremely important to reach the highest metaphysical and epistemological Truths. If you go on deceiving, cheating, lying, manipulating but somehow you claim you're aware of all that process and that Truth is still with me, that is a heavy hindrance in the path. Just beware.

No, I'm talking about a much more profound and nuanced notion. But even if you wanna frame it as just human morality, in terms of truthful living; who meets the standard of "just" human morality?

It takes insane work to constantly keep integrated to Truth and that is, in a way, the grinding work many spiritual individuals are heavily avoiding. Creating a heavy schism between their philosophical and truthful awakening pursuits and the grounding everyday living of putting your feet into the fire of truth. That purifies you, that matures you and that makes an inner alchemy that synergizes with your epistemology and Awakenings in profoundly nuanced and holistic ways.

I agree. Integrity is existential - not moral. You fuck up your experience when you lie. And we always lie when we want something - or want to avoid something. So it's selfish survival shit.
