I used to really judge this and think it was the most immasculine thing a man could do. As I’ve gotten older I see it differently, it like Lyuv said, it’s like fast food versus healthy food. It’s fine once in a while but if you make it your diet it will ruin you. I know many men who become addicted to escorts, especially living abroad. $80 and you’re having sex with a dime peice baddie who normally you would have to jump through hoops for for even a kiss. 
 

If you are clear on just needing sex/wanting to experience having sex with a gorgeous woman, why not? I more worry about the women and them getting attached or treated poorly. But you can definitely see an escort in a conscious loving respectful way, you’ll be rare though. 
 

Still, there is something about it that feels cheap, almost unspiritual. Like you’re not sleeping with her because you’ve developed your polarity, social skills and heart. You’re sleeping with her because you’ve paid, it’s like the shallowest most transactional reason you could imagine. At least when you date and have to pay for dinner and stuff she is still sleeping with you by choice and I think if you pay to play too much it wears at your soul and self esteem. 
 

I think it’s fine for the experience-  like psychedelics, do it a few times, then drop it. Make that happen in real life. 
 

I don’t judge it though. Men very much have a strong sexual energy that most don’t know how to manage so seeing an escort is a “healthy” outlet. They know nothing of tantric celibacy, transmutation or semen retention so that’s what you get- hey, it’s better than rape/violence and even porn addiction

It’s like paying for a roller coaster ride, you can pay to have a foursome with models- something nearly impossible in normal life- so experience it and move on. It’s not a lifestyle choice though and definitely shouldn’t replace dating and natural attraction.

Yes but dating can be frustrating even hopeless whereas by paying, even if it's expensive, you're guaranteed to get results quickly.
It saves a huge amount of time and energy, even if indeed you don't have love.

I wonder what has a bigger hit to a man's self esteem, being an incel for several months at a time and maybe getting laid organically 2 or 3 times a year VS that plus fucking a 9/10 prostitute once a month. 

Is it possible to use sex workers as a crutch while working on improving your life?

I work 24/7 on improving my life but sometimes I can spend months wo getting sex organically.

 

Maybe I should just endure the pain and go incel for months? that has other consequences like getting hooked on porn

I think an incel is either never getting laid in a year or he has a phase in a relationship where he gets laid more often.

For sure - that’s why it’s the oldest profession in the world- it provides massive value. Long term though I think most men want more than just sex

I've seen a few when I started out my game journey. I recommend it to take sex off the pedestal. I like strip clubs for that too, for 10$ you can see live naked women.

Once you're beyond the mental block of sexuality though you'll need to invest thousands of hours into your actual dating life otherwise it's gonna be hard to be satisfied in that regard. Well said. Once in a while, we're lucky enough to find a situation where both feel for each other the way you described. 

I believe there's something in the experience of a woman (or man) loving you freely just exactly the way you are in all facets of your personality. The feeling of "if I could be anywhere in the world, with anyone, I still would choose to be with you right here right now".  You can feel it and it gives a unique and very strong energy. 

(Yeah yeah sme will now be tempted to say "you can love yourself like that" and it's true, but also different).

I don't think sex work is in of itself unethical or necesarilly bad for you as long as your still growing as a person. Socialization and dating can be a wellspring of growth which seeing a prostitute can circumvent to a certain degree. Seeing a prostitute is clearly transactional, so in that regard there is no manipulation of the partnership.

But I think that the supplying of sex workers can be unethical. There's a lot of nasty exploitation going on broadly speaking in how sex workers are brought into the industry and it is generally an expression of poverty.
