Fake Spirituality Examples Mega-Thread

155 posts in this topic

The irony about this is thread is a lot of fake spirituality is being watched. Wouldn't know about fake spirituality if you didn't watch fake spirituality. So, maybe have a counter thread with real spirituality videos to see how many posts it gets.

Would David Lion or Bashar be considered fake spirituality?

I thought about this and I think Bashar says a lot of valid things about the nature of reality, self and life but there’s a lot of weird things that are being said in his videos like “hybrid children” which I don’t personally understand.

That's not an irony, that is the point.

You should watch fake spirituality to learn what not to do.

Bashar is a weird one. So much if that channelled stuff is in alignment when you cross reference it - phrased in very different ways.

The hybrid children stuff refers to the NHI topic - the narrative is many of the newer generation are genetically spliced with alien beings as a way to increase consciousness from birth. Still doesn't stop society and survival getting its claws into them....

Some of these 'sources' have some good stuff - but then you get a reality check and a reminder to critically assess them. Especially with regards to the NHI topic.

Yeah, I guess it's like watching the opponent's political party to see who not to vote for.

Weird thing is when I used to listen to these subliminals/meditations (not this one but similiar), money would come to me the next day. Maybe it's a mind thing. I would fall asleep to them. I don't anymore but I used to. Maybe I should start again cause money's  getting rationed.. lol

My experience has been they simply lift off the blinders I have to the wealth coming to me. I might not recognise where money is coming from IE a discount to something I pay out of necessity. Or simply 'wealth' in another area, as wealth could be anything. They basically make me look for patterns I wouldn't otherwise pay attention too.

@Leo Gura fake spirituality is trying to possess the Truth! To try and sell Truth through products, merchandise and spiritual language. Also it's twisting Truth. Fake spirituality is also using no self as an escape hatch of some sort. And also it's thinking spirituality is about arriving somewhere or some state. Boom!!!

You should do it again!

The Law of Correspondence, Attraction, Wish Fulfilled

It starts as a delusion or self-deception, but when sustained, it ends as real.

Mark 11:24 (NIV)

Quote

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

This is just hypnosis. She didn't frame it as spirituality.

This girl has some valuable wisdom. According to her, she's only 26 or 27 this year. If that's true, it's amazing how she was able to gain such deep insights. Perhaps, she had a good childhood; she didn't need to spend too much time healing. Then she might have found a good mentor to accelerate her growth.

She is charismatic and inspiring. I've watched only a few of her videos so I can't say much more. But I noticed that she lacks variety of life experiences (because she's still young), resulting in a narrower range of insights.

Can you imagine letting go all the experiences under 5 meo influences? That would be harsh 😂

Yes, such experiences do tend to get conflated. Mind is such a rascal! 😅

There was a time i followed this youtuber.

She had an awakening or something close to liberation from listening to Tony Parsons etc. and she had great insights and talks. And i thought it’s cool to hear a clear women’s perspective.

But then somehow it got a little crazy and she started making weird rules and stuff and started fighting with people and said she was this religious figure. Got a bit psychotic-ish.

I don’t know what she’s up to now it was quite wild to view in real time i hope she’s well.
