Mods, Users, and Leo I think we are all growing and developing. This is why I enjoy spending time here.

What is strength? What is masculinity? What is leadership? What is high quality communication? What is emotional regulation? What is respect? I think this is the question here with regards to Noselfself, and for all Mods, users and leaders.

Hopefully, this leads to growth.

The real question is why you give so much power to moderators of a forum who have an agenda contrary to yours.

The frustration felt is the castration of not being able to poop where you want (poop as a substitute for the phallus in anal regression), and anal regression comes from the failure of Oedipal detachment. Mods often have regressive tendencies, but if they are a little more ambitious in their phallic desire then they will end up getting angry because symbolically castrated, humiliat(humility)ed by Leo/the mods; It's the release part of anal regression.

If it frustrates you to be castrated then maybe you should marry a definitely more phallic persona; Like telling yourself go fuck mojji lol, shaving your head or almost, swapping baggy clothes for pleated pants and a shirt tucked in and tightened by a belt at the level of the sacred chakra, making money, pick up, etcetc; I'm being a caricature eheh but you see the direction i’m going 👀

Generally find the appropriate places for the expression of our persona and masculine energy.

But paradoxically, to be phallic, one must accept the principle of reality and the castration of the imaginary phallus, of the omnipotence of the imaginary; Otherwise one ends up weak, living in a strangely repetitive and perched manner in general (unconscious to protect oneself from the narcissistic rage of the castration of the infantile/imaginary phallus).

Of course when i say that i’m not putting myself above you, i’m just talking to one of my mirrors, that is to say of course myself eheh.

We are all one on this moment all of that.

@Leo Gura I'm curious about this statement. Where would you place me in terms of the maturity, wisdom, and level of development compared to the rest of the forum?

Am I less mature because of the crazy posts around my mental health I made? Am I more mature because I am respectful and I don't attack other members while being willing to confront inner demons to transform myself? Am I about average for this forum with pros and cons?

Why would you place me there and where can I most grow? How much would I need to change to become a mod?

Given my strengths and weaknesses I'm guessing you think I'm about average. That would probably make me around stage green.

I think this is a fair call.

Just the fact that NoSelfSelf made a thread like this proves the point. This is not how mods should be acting. Mods are defacto leaders of this community, which requires extra maturity.

This is a special place. The work we do is unique and challenging in ways some of you don’t yet grasp. I encourage you all to treat the forum and Leo with respect. Do not take it for granted.
