You don't use a toothbrush? or dish soap?(for dishes)

Nope. It's to use a contaminant (soap) in an attempt to kill a different contaminant (germs).

Sterilization has value like in surgery, but it has been marked, overblown and burnt it to everyone's brain in this world where everyone fears germs.

Why is everyone so scared of germs?

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Normal dish soap isn't a disinfectant, it just connects oils and water, to get oils off your plate.

I went to the dentist a while ago and looking at my teeth they said wow you must floss well your teeth are in top shape!

I laughed and said I haven't brushed my teeth in over a decade. 😂

At some point 15 years ago, I asked myself if brushing my teeth was true? As I thought about it a lot than experimented and switched over to cleaning my teeth opposed to brushing my teeth. So now I clean my teeth after eating food and i don't need to brush anymore. The difference in psychology between cleaning is that you have a connection with your mouth and when your mouth feels dirty intuitively, you rinse with water and scrape out anything if there's any kind of junk attached. This has the benefit of avoiding all the toxic chemical toothpaste, or whatever.

  • The idea that you have to kill everything in your mouth is conformity.
  • The idea that you have to put poison on all the surfaces of your house and call it "cleaning".
  • The idea that you have to poison a plate that you just ate from and you call it "cleaning".
  • Poisoning things has nothing to do with cleaning, pure conformity.
  • Poisoning the air you breathe with scented products is conformity.
  • Thinking that if something smells scented then it's cleaner, conformity.

I agree with the toothpaste being conformity, but isn't the best tool that feels more efficient, the tooth brush? How do you clean your teeth exactly, a piece of cloth and water? What if you get bits of food in between the teeth and don't notice?

Also: "The idea that you have to poison a plate that you just ate from and you call it cleaning", but depending what you eat on that plate, it will get stuck and brushing with water only will not remove all of it, so wouldn't you be eating micro bits of rotten food later?

I am half-expecting someone to take a shit on the dinner table and then say, "But Leo said to not be conformist!"

That's the paths of the Aghoris. They eat their own shit, fuck dead animals, practice cannibalism and try to break all conformist rules, although they still conform to the Aghori path.

I was at a buffet in a rural town, used the bathroom, noticed the guys not washing their hands after the toilet. Leo and Integral would be proud!

That's even worse! You're telling me people are so addicted to convenience that they're gonna poison something for mediocre benefit.

But let's keep it real people aren't thinking this far ahead, not thinking at all.

That's true it's just preference, a toothbrush is still a useful tool.

Don't be fooled the cure is worse than the disease. Cleaning products are the lowest quality Frankenstein chemicals some company could legally put into a bottle.

It should be illegal. A company will do anything to save a penny on the dollar.

Of course you wanna avoid the chlorine in the tapwater! Just piss on your hands instead. lmfao

im jocking and Obviously there's a limit.

The hippie types tend to go overboard with this because they're not rational enough to balance Science and pursue truth without conforming to hippie La La Land crystal culture. They pursue their feelings instead of truth.

@integral Aren't you being conformist for not using the best invented tool to clean your teeth, the toothbrush?

Conformist in the hippie thinking way I mean.

Conformist in the hippie thinking way I mean.

If during my experimentation, If i found that it wasn't working then I would incorporate the toothbrush again.

The processes is to start from nothing and then slowly introduce things.

To be clear, you have to care about truth to stop brushing your teeth and you have to be willing to care about truth enough to hurt yourself.

You need take risk to find what is true.

I have hurt myself in many ways through years of different types of experiments.

People don't realize that truth is not free. It requires self sacrifice, and you risk harming yourself.

You also risk harming yourself and not getting any closer to the truth.

Is this crazy? It depends how serious you are about truth.

Now logically you're not trying to harm yourself and you're gonna do the best you can but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Sometimes your intuition is wrong and you have to learn the hard way.

gaslighting.

How so? It was clear to me, by the way you wrote, that you're taking conformity as a negative thing to be avoided, placing yourself as a sort of special outsider who doesn't conform to the "sheep." And I pointed out that this very dynamic - wanting to appear special in our own eyes and in the eyes of others - seems to be virtually universal in our culture.

I suspect that, deep down, everyone is profoundly conformist. How could it be otherwise? Ask yourself how much of your life is lived in accordance with past inventions and in relation to a society. "What is original in my experience, generated by me, or consciously taken up?" What, in my experience, isn't programming or is not influenced by the "other"?  We could save time by simply asking what is not conformity.

It's like the appearance of multiple apps in an app store: on paper they can look alike or be infinitely varied, but most software exists on, or is founded upon, a common ground - namely, the operating system. The examples of noncomformity that might come to mind usually belong to the "different app" category.

Maybe, existentially speaking, there's no such thing as nonconformity, since to exist at all, one must adopt or take on some form.

Is conformity "to take on, adopt, or be influenced by the form of something?" What is form?

No form, no con(with)-formity.

Some abstract shit that some of you guys like.

Never heard of a miswak stick?

Which brings up the question. Can anyone please link me to that thread where people recommend cool product listings? It was inspired by Leos blog where he sometimes links cool product gems from amazon that are hard to find. I can't find the thread maybe it died off

@Leo Gura the Ryan Chapman docu on Isreal was a superb recommendation, I was literally glued to the screen for the entire hour. His docu on how WW2 began was equally impressive and immersive. Thanks for sharing!
