In Brasil body cams are not so commom as in US but in this one we can see that Brasil have a big problem with Cop Corruption. In this video shared by a socio-political influencer we see the following. The cop car pass in the street and the mirror hit the arm of someone. They get out of the car and one cop a woman was not using the cam. She shot one woman, why? No reason at all, no signs of agression, she just shot her. And in the end the guy say: Relax now is done.

That's a solid observation. People use the defense mechanisms against their parents or siblings when they were younger even in relationships. Someone once said that a woman doesn't treat you the way she treats her father, she treats you the way her mother treated her father.
