He called me stupid

@Preety_India Don´t listen to them - boring spititual shucks.

It´s normal - there are moments- you are just overwhelmed - and feel like you could do anything for him. Wonderful moments! But it may change in a next moment. So what? Make a flow of it. Maybe these words made your guy a little nervous, but I am sure, also a little proud of himself :) Now surprise him with a turn of your moods - make him nervous again, but in other direction -  it´s not what he thought :)

Something like that from 1:09 to 3:44

I would take it with a LARGE pinch of salt. If someone whom you have never met is showing excessive praise, sounds like love bombing.
this clouds your judgment and it’s why you are losing all inhibition and acting ‘crazily’ around him.

Can it sometimes be a sign of deep love ?

What if he is just a bit extra needy ?

This is just creepy and repels quality guys.

Imagine if I told you this. You would instantly be creeped out and your option of me would plummet.

#1 rule of dating: don't be desperate.

He gives me tons of emotional containment.

I felt desperate because nobody made me feel so secure before(him).

I wanted him to take me seriously.

Confront him directly.

Tell him that you want to be taken seriously. Then you can assess how he reacts.

Always be authentic and stay true to your values.

Now I'm asking myself if it was rational to feel that way or if it was absurdity. Although my emotions were quite raw and real and I said whatever I felt.

Maybe there were some truth inside what you felt, but still you want to temper them and stay rational until you meet him and spend a lot of time together.

No manipulation! I just want her to take off him a ton of responsibilty which she´s charged him with. Isn´t it a merciful action?

Yes my emotions were intense, also because he was having an emotional moment. So I poured down on him.

I didn't want to say things that intense but holding back how I felt would have been a disservice to myself.

Not if you do it with a desirable outcome in mind. ‘Make him nervous.’ What ? Get out of here ?

if anything it’s about taking accountability such as ‘hi, I realise I may have come across too strong with what I’ve said and I apologise, it wasn’t my intention to overwhelm you. I sometimes struggle with keeping in check my desire for connection and go overboard with trying to overcompensate with big words, actions, codependency and people pleasing. I’d like to work on these issues, and if you’d like to work this out with me in a potential relationship I’d love nothing more than to see you again, with more self-responsibility and awareness. ‘

But that would require the OP to take responsibility for her codependency, manipulative tendencies and lack of integrity in the name of pleasing and placating to everyone who ever evered.

Then again, when I confronted @Preety_India the last time, I couldn’t believe the level of drama that she brought down just to avoid genuine self-reflection. So idk… would she be ready and mature enough to do that… I cannot say. It would be lovely but who knows.

This guy is always misrepresenting me on the forum.

Always takes me out of context and puts a negative spin on whatever I do

I don't even feel like posting on the forum because of the above user MatteO22

Always painting a negative picture of me.

Dragging me down with destructive criticism.

Maybe he said it out of jest.

Will he reject or abandon me because he thinks I am stupid ?

Does he think that I'm not intelligent enough to be with

I feel a bit insecure, like he would reject me.

He does mock me a lot, generally in a joking way.

Girl, guys who mock are the worrst and have a special way of making you feel like shit.

That insecurity will just keep showing him the places he can mess with you.

Is that the vibe you're getting? I went out with a guy once who "playfully" mocked me but he really just didn't like me. Lol

Ahh I see. That used to happen with my ex. He used to mock me but in a bullying kind of way. That's why he is an ex.

I hate when guys do that passive aggressive shit

I can relate to how you felt.
