When will humanity realize Oneness?

Question above.

When do you guys expect humanity will understand its unity with the Universe? Scientifically speaking, we could do it today already.

We are still in the dark ages but our development is accelerating - are we going to develop quicker from Green to Yellow than from Orange to Green? Human history certainly suggests such a trend, I'd say.

Supposing we won't blow ourselves up or wreck the planet - will we witness this new paradigm shift occur?

Well, I think it is not meant to be, unless you have a way to take away Fear from the human being psyche, otherwise they will remain separated.

Green can be just as stubborn as orange to evolve. It's still a tier 1 stage, yet it will likely adapt yellow with slow incremental improvements.

It is an interesting question.

Sri Aurobindo was writing about the future of mankind in his book The Human Cycle.

He said it could take several centuries for this realization of the Supreme to happen. And not in all people at the same time! Just a significantly large minority of people which would influence other people. This would be the begining of the Spiritual Age of mankind. After that more and more people would be established in the Self and of course the journey beyond enlightenment would continue for some Selfrealized people plus the process of tranformation on the relative level. It can take centuries or even millennias for that to happen. But i am certainly open for some kind of collective Awakening to happen in this century. 

We will see...

But from the relative perspective it doesn't happen in all people at same time.

Based on the current pace of human evolution, about 500 years or so. Yet it’s hard to predict due to technology. Evolution could accelerate upward or take some bad turns.
