Primal Therapy

This really opened me up. Since I did that I have no choice anymore but to live my Truth

I was shown that most of my blocks are indeed from childhood. Even if my childhood was fine and uneventful.

And a lot was let go there.

I used to believe that neurotic problems like anxiety and depression were a problem to overcome in the present.

No more. With the right guidance, you can go back and uproot the cause, and be free.

Failure loss confusion disappointment rejection/ tech just to name a few. 

You have to be scrubbed clean of the person you used to be so that the new you has the soil that it needs to grow.

I did not know my mind is able to interpret what is being said when I'm asleep. That's cool. I'll try that technique

I do not have kriya yoga in my city.

Are they showing any improvement in your life ?

Yes it's easy to fall asleep especially when you've heard it a couple of times and not actively listening to it.

I do it everyday and I've noticed that I'm not angry anymore. There's no stickiness to situations where I've previously have suffered. If someone been angry or irritated towards me I've been quite reactive earlier. Now I don't get angry or irritated in those situations but rather meet there anger from a neutral or caring place instead.

Yeah I've tried different types and haven't noticed much difference until I tried that one. So you might need to try different ones until you find someone that fits you.

I tried different ones but this one is the only one that I've noticed having any effect. See my reply to @Calmness for the effects it had.

You can start doing it by yourself. theres alot of instruction videos and guides for kriya or kundalini yoga on youtube or you can check out the kriya yoga books on leos booklist if you have it.

All these hoops that the new age movement has setup only add to the delay of true spiritual growth because we let are ego get caught up in the experience of "purifying " the soul only to eventually realize is was all still part of the game and so we created more pain then was necessary.

In my experience that is.

• 1 hour meditation practice per day
• Exercise (strength and cardio)
• Nutrition (enough protein, fruits/veggies, ideally vegan)
• Affirmations, visualizations 
• Spending time in nature 
• knowing and working towards life purpose 
• Taking psychedelics responsibly
• Systematically eliminating negative habits

If I can stay in rhythm with all of this, my spirit feels “clean” and free.
