@TylerJ It helps to go be around Green people.

Psychedelics can also help open you up emotionally. Like MDMA.

Maybe go do an ayahausca retreat with a good shaman.

Or find a Green girl you can love.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

I think the tools developed in Orange - scepticism, rationality, pragmatism - eventually lead one to transcend Orange into green.  I imagine all levels have, happiness & security and stability as their desired outcome.  In order to transcend you need to become aware the paradigm doesn't deliver - that can be experienced directly but also through thought experiments.

Even in its most extreme forms of manifestation - Orange still wants to loved, appreciated, respected.  But out of these two who do you respect more?

@Onecirrus I'm curious, how old are you?

I suspect there are a lot of people (mostly autistic-type young males) in the world who feel like you, which is why speakers like JP, Sam Harris, Dave Rubin, Stephen Molyneux, Trump, etc. have cult followings.

I assume your idea of how people on the autistic spectrum think could be refined. Autistic people are not idiots (per se).

You can ascend to green without being for PC or Social Justice. Instead, an in-depth understanding of those causes and a mild 'sympathy' is needed instead. Green's problems are it's ideological possession, as Leo said in his orange video.

So you actually hate the negatives of green, not it's positives. You don't hate the positives, you said yourself you didn't 'care' about them.

So a caring for the causes is required, but not possession by the cause. You see?

If that's true then ascending to Green is not that difficult.

@Sea I've oversimplified, but the idea is still there. The green people he 'hates' are the particularly 'bad' greens, there are very many healthy greens out there.

For example, you can care about political correctness by understanding the position they're coming from. You don't have to share it, but you must understand the underlying logic and that it is not 'evil'.

@White Out of curiosity, what stage are you at right now?

@Sea

I apologise for the late response. I got blocked from posting on this forum.

I'm stage orange.

Red can talk "green" if it was brought up in a green stage environment. Just because were conditioned with a set of introjected values doesn't mean our self line is at that stage. That's why green is dangerous, it tries to whitewash humanity so that there will be nothing left except green values. And this has the effect of stunting ones growth. Those guys crying over the trees are not healthy green, they are the mean green meme that has regressed back to red, because red is where they are at, they never got schooled properly into blue. A mentally healthy person who inhabits the stage they are at fully can't regress.

If you want some philosophy/ tools to grow fully into orange then Shopenhaur, Spinoza, Kant, Buddhism.

For green Heidegger, Camus, Nietzche, Satre, person/client centred therapy.

Be careful though, Heidegger was a member of the Nazi party and Shopenhaur was a straight up asshole!! All philosophies have their issues and shadows - which is why it's best to supplement your devleopment with the AQAL model so you don't fall into traps.

In my opinion, immigration is not so bad, given that it opens up opportunities to learn the cultures of other countries and taking into account historical experience. If there is no immigration, we can even roll back the progress of our society or get stuck on a dead end. After all, if the minds of many cultures and peoples work together, we will be able to develop our technologies and medicine much faster. And crazy people are usually deported. Besides, if you want, people can just write a Form I-690 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility. about refusal. In this there is nothing to worry about. These are normal standards of our society and if they are not we will simply be stuck in time. This is my point of view

Every color on the Spiral has its own version of political correctness:

Blue PC = banning vulgarity, sex, porn, blasphemy, banning criticism of the church/civilization

Orange PC = banning criticism of the evils of corporations

Green PC = banning racist speech, hate speech, cruel speech, banning criticism of Green

If you criticize Islam in Blue Saudi Arabia, they will kill you.

If you expose the evils of factory farming in Orange America, they will sue you.

If you call someone a racial slur in a Green organization, they will fire you.

@Leo Gura I like none of them. Green PC bans criticisms of their own group and welcomes hate speeches toward other groups. Green PC doesn't ban racist speech, hate speech, and cruel speech targeted toward outsiders. Different kinds of Green groups often can hate each other. Orange PC actually welcomes criticism of the evils of competitor corporations. Blue PC welcomes criticism of other religions and other countries.

As you said, it's law of attraction. If you think so much about something, you will make it happen.

I become aware that no Tier 1 stage of Spiral Dynamics is better than others.

We can become so much better than this hot mess. But, because I know that I am just a small individual who can't change the tide of human civilization, I will focus on being free from others' opinions. Ultimately, my income shouldn't be dependent on some people's opinions. I want to be able to freely create contents without worrying about censorship. I want to do away from politics and be financially free from politics.

I shall focus on life purpose.

Right, that's pretty much what I suspected.

So what that tells me is, you're a typical young male in stage Orange who is still evolving and will eventually mature into Green.

Nothing abnormal here. You have been very thoroughly conditioned by our heavily Orange culture.

"Emotions as a weakness" is a very common idea these days with young men. It's part of Orange culture and trying to find your male identity. But as you mature as a male, you will soften and you will see the power of emotions.

In your 20's, you still haven't found yourself as a persona. (Never mind enlightenment.) So one of the ways young males go about finding themselves is striving to fit the "alpha" ideal. Which requires a denial of emotions, femininity, softness, vulnerability, crying, caring, empathy, community, cooperation, love, relationship, etc.

It's actually pretty interesting I used to be the exact same way until I really fell in love for the first time. Suddenly I felt all this stuff and was like:"Oh this is what it feels like to genuinely miss another person."

No civilization is possible without rules. So get used to it.

Leo , isn't it a moralization? Maybe the forum is not mature enough to stop moralizing , so some people still need rules. I got you there.
