If you hate a person...

A Person is a Mask, you can hate any mask.

A human being will not reach a hating stage, only masks build hate.

The persona, a movement of time. And when there is a movement of time the dualistic mind cultivates division. In division follows conflict/violence.

Hate is a manifestation of the thought/self preserving its own movement. When thought seeks security it is in a constant state of fear.

Thats why we create these images. To self sooth our own constructed self images. Which creates contradiction, conflict, hate, violence.

These images are static. Where the actual fact is dynamic. Can’t meet the dynamic with that which is static.

I think we must question why the thing (we hate) exists and come to terms with the reality of it.

The object of hate changes and is superficial.

Its the movement itself that manifests hate that we should be concerned with. You see that?

This quote may be true. I dunno. But, "hate" is a rather strong word. The more common thing I see happening is ppl labelling and categorizing each other which may cause "hate" eventually. Without properly knowing the other person, you label him or her as "_______" (fill in the blank with a negative adjective). When the person is being spoken to, the person is being talked down upon in subtle ways, or there are communication gaps.

Would anyone like to share an experience they have had with this?

They’re you, as much as “you” are “you”. Lol.

One hates when he/she is injured or envious, needy. Hate vibrates higher than Helplessness.

I used to be quite socially anxious and even now I deal with such feelings

I hate feeling observed, feeling tracked, standing out in public places

yet I myself, observe everything, especially everyone, and I track people, not in a malicious way

and when someone stands out I observe, I'm interested

so it can be quite bizarre when I feel observed and tracked and I realize that I'm feeling my own gaze,

when I feel I stand out I feel observed because I observe people who stand out

so I have come to accept that

If one invites the movement of measure into relationship with oneself and other hate is inevitable.

This is very important to understand.

If one has children this is the most important thing to get across.

It might be easier to understand as "If you hate a person, you would hate yourself if you were the same way or did the same thing (in the same position as they're in)."
