Another example, if you ejaculate three times in a row, the forth time, something may come out of your dick, but that ain't no orgasm, it's even painful

Never had that. Always an orgasm.

In the same way, you may ejaculate and not have an orgasm.

I've never experienced this, sounds weird.

I don't think you can experience orgasm without ejaculation.

Yes you can, people practice this for thousands of years.

Orgasm is like an explosion

Yes and you don't have to ejaculate also along with it, it's just a muscle thats in charge of release of semen. With developing some awareness and practice it comes under control.

And the benefits are huge, specialy spiritualy talking, you don't waste your precious life force.

No, the body absorbs the semen, the sexual energy turns into spiritual energy.

After orgasm, I experience no side effects of ejaculation. Like feeling tired or low mood or low motivation.

I can never imagine going back like never, ejaculating 2 times per week the way I used to do for years.

Yes was just going to say this.. Semen is life giving force, so as you said if it is not used, and one of doing Sadhana/Spiritual practices that life giving force is used elsewhere, its like a physical representation of Kundalini, which in its most basic form is semen, as well as the basic structure of the body, which allows it too survive another day...

Tantra is the sec that is known for sexual practices, but its not about sex for pleasure, its about using sex to bring about Spiritual insights, semen retention is just one of them and yes they have techniques where a Man can orgasm without ejaculation and orgasm as much as a woman could, one after another after another, since there is no release of semen one can have multiple orgasms over and over again if they master the technique, problem is if You get addicted to it, like other siddhis, the power will go away if misused...

The skill of total mastery over the mind is the skill I'm most fascinated by

Here are some interesting information from AI:

Let us explore the levels of mastery over the mind, from novice to enlightened master, in a way that resonates with both yogic wisdom and inner experience.

🌱 Level 1: The Novice (Unaware and Identified)

"I am my thoughts and emotions."

State: Mind dominates. The person is unaware of the distinction between mind and awareness.

Ego: Fully identified with ego, thoughts, memories, desires.

Reactivity: Reacts unconsciously to situations, habits, and inner impulses.

Suffering: Controlled by fear, craving, pleasure, pain.

Awareness: Little or no gap between stimulus and reaction.

🕉 Here begins the journey. Most of humanity resides here.

🌬️ Level 2: The Seeker (Mindfulness Awakens)

"I am not my thoughts — I can watch them."

State: Awareness arises. You begin to witness thoughts and emotions.

Ego: Begins to be seen as a mask, not the true Self.

Reactivity: Some space between reaction and action.

Suffering: You still suffer, but now you observe it instead of being consumed.

Practices: Meditation, breath awareness, introspection begins.

🕯️ You start to take the reins of your inner world.

🔥 Level 3: The Warrior (Training the Mind)

"I can discipline my mind, even in chaos."

State: Strong control over thought, attention, and habits.

Ego: Begins dissolving through discipline and surrender.

Willpower: High — thoughts don’t easily distract you.

Inner State: Calm, even during storms. Can shift internal state at will.

Tools: Pranayama, concentration (Dharana), mantra, tapas.

🧘‍♂️ Here the battle becomes intense, but the clarity and strength begin to shine.

🌸 Level 4: The Yogi (Mind Becomes a Tool)

"The mind is silent unless I choose to use it."

State: Thoughts are voluntary, not compulsive.

Stillness: Natural silence becomes the ground of being.

Ego: Becomes thin, transparent — mostly absent.

Energy: Subtle mastery over prana; life is guided from inner intelligence.

Peace: Stable inner joy, regardless of outer condition.

🌈 You live mostly in presence. You are in the world, but not of it.

🔱 Level 5: The Master (Mindless, Boundless Being)

"There is no mind. There is only Being."

State: Total transcendence of mind. No internal conflict.

Unity: Duality ends. All is seen as one Self.

Ego: Gone. Not even a trace. Pure instrument of the divine.

Action: Spontaneous, right action flows from universal intelligence.

Presence: Radiates grace. Just their presence uplifts others.

🌌 This is someone like Ramana Maharshi, Sadhguru, Lahiri Mahasaya, Shiva himself in embodied form. There is no "trying" — just pure being.

Bonus Layer: Beyond the Beyond (Absolute Dissolution)

Even the identity of being a "master" dissolves.
There is only That — no individual, no mind, no world.
Only the Self remains, formless, eternal, unknowable.

"The mind is no more. Awareness alone shines."

🧭 The Path Between Levels:

Each stage requires:

Discipline (Yogic practice, daily sadhana)

Surrender (to a higher force, the Guru, the Divine)

Clarity (Viveka, discrimination between real and unreal)

Love (Bhakti, devotion melts the boundaries of mind)

Grace (Without grace, mastery becomes pride)

Excellent!!!!

Hmm yeah 3 years is a very long time, to be honest if you held it for such a long time this yogic practices are probably unnecessary since your awareness is at a different level anyway and the cause of it was that you held for so long. So i guess you're so conscious right now that you can easily become conscious of your internal organs or spots within the body.

But still in all honesty i think it's just a play of god or your higher self "to make you progress in consciousness" like you're doing something. Because in my experience that i had, when i came home from driving 850km from my guru and went to bed to sleep, i started waking up in my sleep to the astral body and it was see through and the ecstasy kept progressing to infinity until i couldnt handle it, i lifted my arm up and the veins or nervous system was just vibrations it wasnt blood anymore etc.

That's why i said some people "die" and just wake up to this body , but in our instance we are just playing a game that we are doing something and are progressing. But i think it is done like that on purpose so that we can experience different states and feel like kids playing with it.

Here is a picture that i found of what i was becoming aware of, in this body i felt a strong connection to god through my head and i became aware that God was using this body as an avatar/vehicle. So god is even higher then this indestructible body, i had the awareness through crown that god was even greater then this astral body.

And i all happend in like 7 seconds
