@Michael569 chutney? Naan? You about that Indian Cooking?! If you are, boy do I have some recipes for you my friend :D

@Soulbass I barely eat hahaha, super clean, mostly light. I fast most of the day and exercise to stay as lean as possible, I believe I am at 7%  body fat right now.

Kale Smoothie:

1 banana

2 spoons of Spirulina Blend

Organic Kale (Organic!!! haha)

Flax seeds

Berry Blend (3 types of berries)

Besides that, I eat nuts and fruits during the day. Drink lots of tea to stay energized. Workout and do deep breathing to stay active. Right now I just ate some oatmeal for dinner with a banana in it w/  Almond Milk.

I have different healthy brunch idea for your healthy lifestyle. I am sharing with you one of this recipes i.e. Broccoli Paratha

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour (1.5 cups)
  • All-purpose flour (1 tablespoon)
  • Broccoli (Half)
  • Onion (Half)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Green chillies (2)
  • Garam masala and Turmeric powder
  • Carom seeds (Ajwain): ½ tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Nutralite Classic

Instruction

  • It's quite simple. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into neat florets.
  • Put some water to boil along with 10 florets and some salt as per taste.
  • After about two minutes, grind the florets into a paste. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and garam masala with garlic and green chillies.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Add whole wheat and all-purpose flour to it along with the paste, onions, carom seeds and salt as per taste.
  • Knead it with the necessary amount of water.
  • Once you have prepared the dough, leave it for a while.
  • Prepare small balls from the dough. Flatten it with a belan.
  • Heat a griddle and place the paratha on it. Spread some Nutralite on the paratha. Cook till both sides turn golden or brown.
  • Follow the same procedure with others as well.
  • Serve the paratha with some pickle or curd.

@Sahil Pandit Grilled PB&J. Not very healthy but damn it tastes good.

Take two pieces of bread, spread butter on boths sides and fry in pan just like you would with grilled cheese. Once cooked to golden brown, take them off the skillet and slather on that peanut butter and jelly.

Enjoy the orgasm in your mouth. Don’t forget a tall glass of milk.

Persian celery Stew with basmati rice. I'm actually not gonna write the steps, cause it would be long. Just the ingredients. I share a good link. If u have any questions just ask.

Celery , parsley, coriander, lime, onion, garlic, turmeric, Cinnamon, chilli flakes, tomato paste, if u like meat or fake meat ( dried soy protein chunks are especially good) . For basmati rice, search Persian rice. You can switch white to brown. https://turmericsaffron.blogspot.co.uk/2009/05/celery-stew-khoresh-karafs.html?m=1

Last night I made a lovely meal...

Red Thai curry (vegetarian) (with my own twist)

Ingredients:

Red and yellow pepper

Onion

Red and green chilli

Sweet potato (chopped)

Red Thai curry paste

Coriander

Ginger

Garlic

Serve on Organic brown rice

Looked a little something like this before cooking, very vibrant and turned out to be extremely tasty and flavoursome ? (excuse my little Yoda in the background ?)
