  1. https://www.anandavillage.org/ Is mostly Turquoise community based on teachings of Yogananda.
  2. I can really vouch for this book, it is very well written and scientifically backed up. It also had big influence on my health. His approach is a little extreme for an average disease-free person but I would definitely follow his advice for any cases of illnesses, especially cardiovascular ones.
  3. Leo, you mentioned that Turquoise Communities do exist during the final spiral dynamics video. Could you please provide some examples. To me it seems like all spiritual communities that are united by yoga or zen(aka real spirituality, non religious) have more of green or blue aspects to them. Is it even possible to make a community that is mostly in Turquoise? Many enlightened masters who started those kinds of communities said that community is one of the lesser evils in their work, by which they meant communities are a big distraction from inner work but they are required for our physical survival.
  4. Paramahansa Yogananda giving dietary advice? This made my day
  5. Perfect salad recipe : · Vegetables: 1 or more of each o Leafy greens (i.e. Lettuce, Kale, Cabbage, Chard) o Cruciferous vegetables (i.e. Broccoli, Radishes, Cauliflower) o Bitters (i.e. Arugula, Dandelion Greens) o Herbs (i.e. Rosemary, Oregano, Dill, Basil) o Sprouts (i.e. Broccoli Sprouts, Radish Sprouts, Alfalfa Sprouts) · Fats: ~ 5 TBS o Olive Oil or Mct Oil o Lemon Juice and Primal Kitchen Dressings (i.e. Caesar + Balsamic Vinegar) § Whole Avocado or a handful of Olives § Cacao Nibs: 1 OZ or ¼ cup or Coconut Flakes § Sprouted nuts and seeds · Fermented Foods: A few servings of Sauerkraut, Kimchi, or other fermented vegetables · Protein: A serving of either Liverwurst, Sardines, Ousters, Salmon, Eggs, or Feta cheese o Adds up to 30-40 grams of protein · Potato Starch: 1-2 TBS · Sea Salt · Ginger: Raw or crystalized with sugar washed off · Ayurvedic spice mix (Ground Ginger, Fennel, Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom).
  6. Here is a great podcast covering raw food diet. https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcast/nutrition-podcasts/the-health-benefits-of-eating-raw-dairy-raw-eggs-raw-beef-and-raw-chicken/
  7. You can replace soy sauce with something called ''coconut aminos," it tastes the same but it is not bad for you. Raw dairy is not bad for most people, assuming you have genetics to process it. Fermented versions such as kefir and yogurt are much better. Oat is a grain, not a health food.
  8. Try eliminating grains (oatmeal and rice), they are not health foods.
  9. Leo, could you please make a video about that. I know there are a ton of apps and gadgets out there that will help you meditate, but are they really worth the investment?
  10. I am looking to get Leo's and community's opinion of this neurofeedback technique called 40 Years of Zen. Many successful people really stand by it. Is it something perhaps as powerful as psychedelics or just a money grab? In the latest video Leo mentioned achieving enlightenment through technology, was he referring to this? https://40yearsofzen.com/
  11. Intuitive eating is not a good idea unless your body is healthy. Our modern diet and lifestyle really messed up our bodies to where now we just crave sugar and fat.
  12. There is some evidence that fasting gets rid of loose skin through the process of autophagy. Look up the study where a guy fasted for almost a year to loose weight.
