Discipline is THE WAY

TIMETABLE:
7:00 AM – Wake up: sit cross-legged on your bed and meditate until you are fully awake and clear-headed enough to get up and engage in your upcoming activities without feeling groggy.
7:15 AM – Take vitamins C, D, and B12 (or aloe, if needed), feed the cat, wash its bowls, and clean the litter boxes.
7:20 AM – Light a candle and prepare a moka pot of coffee or some tea.
After breakfast, remain in meditation (you may gaze at the candle if you wish).
7:40 AM – Wash your face and brush your teeth; do some stretching, planks, and abdominal exercises; and/or take a cold shower.
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM – You may turn on your phone and respond to messages.
If it is a workday, go to work.
If it is not a workday, alternate between exercise and study.
If you choose exercise, go for a run, ride your bike, or engage in some form of outdoor physical activity.
If you choose to study, sit at your desk and select a topic for the day: write it down on a sheet of paper and conduct some research. Research it, read about it, and summarize your findings on paper, an iPad, or a computer. 11:00 Prepare lunch and offer it to God. (Wait until 12:00 to eat, of course.)
Before lunch, if you have some extra time, you can listen to two musical tracks or do some journaling.
Feed the cat.
12:00–13:00: Lunch, followed by coffee or tea.
13:00–14:00: Clean the house, brush your teeth, and take a shower. If you’ve finished cleaning and still have time, you can journal or read a book.
14:00–15:00: If you need to go grocery shopping or if anything is missing at home, this is the time to head out.
15:00: Take your bike and go out—bring a thermos of tea and a packed dinner in case you’re out late—or stay home and do some stretching, abdominal exercises, and planks.
15:30–16:30: Tea time.
16:30: Prepare dinner.
17:00–18:00: Dinner. Also, feed the cat.
18:00–18:30: Meditation—do nothing. If you like, you can light a candle and watch the flame. Brush your teeth after meditating (you can even use coconut oil).
18:30–20:00: Free time. Sit down with a blank canvas and some paints or colors in front of you. You can listen to two musical tracks, watch the candle flame, journal, or continue your studies. You could also sew, declutter, or play a musical instrument—or create music on your computer. (You may draw on your computer/iPad, but without looking at Pinterest or other inspiration sites—you may only use such sites if you are in a state of artistic flow and require a specific point of reference.)
20:00–21:00: Tea time. VITAMIN K. Meditate while gazing at a candle during the time that remains.
21:00–22:00/23:00: Continue your free time. Place some water by your bedside.
Darkness.

I tried living by such time tables and it never worked for me. Life requires more flexibility and improv.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

I just follow one discipline: don't procrastinate and do something valuable with your time. And everything else falls into place by itself somehow.

But that schedule you made might also work. Good luck with it.

To truly love something is to grant that thing freedom. It is to hold it in an open, outstretched palm of your hand without clenching over it.

Human body is like an animal. It will need time to adapt to new routines.

Instead of trying to implement them all at once. Do it incrementally.

So add one habit the first week. Next week another. And so on.

Trying to implement 10 habits at once will create resentment. Rather just fuck yourself at this point lol. It is not going to work on the long term.

You aren’t a pc onto which you can upload 10 new programs mf.

There's something self flagellating about it. Also quite suppressing.

"You may do x", "You may do y"

"Anything consumed outside these hours is POISON"

It reads like the Old Testament.

I think you will quickly outgrow this and come to find it as psychologically harmful to live this way.

That's a good starting point. But realistically it will take you months to settle some of those routines. And you'll maybe have to go one at a time otherwise it is too overwhelming.

But yeah, once you settle some healthy routiness it is pretty much an immovable object.

Very very good advice in the thread. It is a mix for me as well. It is good to write down a few things that just need to be done today. Doesn't matter when and how. As long as they happen. Then the PFC is happy that it was able to play a human today.

The animal parts of the brain like spontaneity and will rebel against a rigid structure opposed by the PFC. If you overdo the rigidness you will end up with mental illnesses like depression, suicidal ideation. The animal that is caged inside the rigid mind/cage will try to break out into freedom and in the worst case it will use force (so adrenaline, ephedrine and right at the end 5-Meo-DMT / DMT when you overdo it too much.)

I used to shock my body by suffocating it under water until the death escape response came. I was punished by nightmares in which I woke up in the middle of the night grasping for air. It was a horrible experience. So love yourself. Every routine should be done out of  love for yourself. "What can I do today to increase my self-love? I can wash my body because I love my body. I can do sports because I love my body and want to be healthy. I can do X to earn money, because I love myself and I want to be able to buy food tomorrow with the money...." DO IT FOR LOVE NOT AS A FATHER PUNISHING A CHILD!!!

@Asia P when I shared about how will you match this practice with your cyclical nature as a woman was this I was trying to say

https://www.instagram.com/reel/De2Nm3-NYbN/?dlrf=YnhzZGt3eXV6dTFx

This praticioner have deep understanding of Chinese Medicine and its relation with Woman Cycles. We need to remember that we are not robots. We are nature, and nature have a way of being that the systems we created dont sustain. Is weird we are natural cyclic beings but at same time we created systems that goes against the benefit of our own wellbeing.

great mindset, I would focus for now only on exercise and just doing that consistently every day and getting the habit enforced and then gamifying it so that you see the progress, you see your body changing, you see your mind changing, basically getting that feedback loop that's addictive.

Exercise alone is more valuable and productive than everything else on the list. It will rewire your brain completely.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?
