Women are better hunter, science suggests

531 posts in this topic

@aurum I am. And I asked you what the negatives might be.  Because I don't see any.  If there are it would be our biases.

I'll give you an example.

I like women who do their hair and nails. I like them to wear makeup.  But if one day she told me I just don't like doing that anymore..would I throw her away?

As for us..I'm not suggesting dressing in ladie's clothes.  But if we cried now and then. If we could connect on an emotional level - not just making her cum - do u see the level we could propel to?

Average.

You're evolved to survive average.

The fact that this goes over your head is part of the problem. You fundamentally don't understand nature and survival. you treat it like it's just a matter of perspective.

It's not a matter of perspective when your menopausal and regret not starting a family sooner. That's bad ideology playing out in real time.

What other animals, undergo menopause, when kept alive for longer durations? It's still an unusual difference.

Probably all of them if they live long enough. Eggs are finite. Human egg supply is meant to last about the average life span historically.

Don’t rope me in with your challenges xD

I appreciate crying when appropriate.

100%

And my experience of it is too feel both of these two things simultaneously...

  • In their eyes, I'm not Feminine enough to be a woman because I'm too competent.
  • In their eyes, I'm not competent enough because I'm a woman.

So their perspective, invalidates my womanhood and Femininity... and it also devalues my level of competence.

And the overall effect is that it's impossible to actually be seen accurately for who I am

If you don't conform, it doesn't matter where you stand for the most part. All you will be measured by, when it comes down to it, is your lacking by their standards. That's it, really. You're not a useful tool in their worldview, so you get treated accordingly. Anything else they can't see and they don't want to. "Logic" is also just a tool for their worldview, and they won't even fully own that out in the open either.

So, I'm sure that's why a lot of these guys have trouble with finding deep committed relationships with women. They can't even see women... they only see a projection of black and white ideas.

I feel bad for whoever ends up with a partner like this. Long term this stuff always leaks out one way or another.

It is a delicate balancing act.  Be careful not to get too girlish.  Just enough.

It is not the first time we talk to you about this subject. Many guys here, including Leo, explained to you very patiently every detail you asked for. You continuously searched for weaknesses, for problems to attack. You do this again and again. I admire your resilience, but you need a more open mind.

If you really wanted to understand this thing here, you wouldn't spend years and years here trying to convince us that we are wrong and you are right. Cheers.

But the ideas that you guys tend to explain to me about gender are either incorrect... or only contain kernels of truth.

So, of course, I'm going to push back on those perspectives for that very reason. I want to share a more accurate and nuanced perspective on gender that you guys don't seem very receptive to.

That's why I said... it's like talking to a brick wall, as you guys almost never honestly engage with my perspective. You just shoot it down.

But I always give a nuanced response to your perspective and find points of agreement... but still push back on what I believe/know is incorrect or inaccurate.

And I also just don't appreciate the framing of your perspectives as being the claim that gets consideration.

But then, when I share my perspective in response... it's "attacking" or 'not being receptive to what we're trying to teach you'

But I can see that my perspective isn't desired here... and that people don't want to actually engage with the realities of my perspective or even my humanity as a woman that deviates from the assumptions.

So, I think this will be my last post on this forum... or maybe my second-to-last, as I'll announce my leaving.

This behavior is not representative of this forum.  I  do hope you reconsider. As fickel as we are there is hope for us yet but not without your wisdom and your input. Please do not leave again.  Sorry for the bad grammar my phone sucks.

You shouldn't leave just because some users disagree with you on a single topic. I believe you’ve made some very good contributions here. And even regarding this specific topic, it’s not as if some members are 100% right while others are completely wrong. I don't think anyone said you are completely wrong on this subject. Sorry if I sounded too harsh previously, it is the only place where I can be completely honest. As in Sweden, honesty is punished by informal law.

That's exactly right.  I don't need a lesson in what makes us different. I wanna know how to bring us together.  Shit. I know what makes us different.   Having a cock makes us different.  And it doesn't take me going back to the stone ages for that.  Because I know that I have one and I sure as fuck know how to use it.

*foundationally unequal, sorry.

The issue is that if your too ideological and utopic about equality, your ideas will necesarilly lead to bad results because they fundamentally untrue.

You should appreciate the nuance she brings.  She always puts so much into her posts. And it is always unbiased. Whether you agree with her points or not I think you should be a little more respectful.  I know I'm not a mod anymore but I would hate to lose one of the few female voices we have here - especially given her degree of wisdom on various topics.

Lets see where it takes us. Inequality sure hasn't worked either.

I see this as a failure of our forum.

I'll carry with me the things I've learnt from you. Especially this, which made me sad:
"""
In their eyes, I'm not Feminine enough to be a woman because I'm too competent.

In their eyes, I'm not competent enough because I'm a woman.

"""
And what I've learnt from this thread; a willingness to always see the other person, without prejudice, is more valuable than winning an argument.

@Emerald is right to be annoyed. She's not the only one put off by the intellectual snobbery and positions born of psychological wounds.

What if this is just fascination + identity + seriousness being inflated into universal importance?

Intellectual snobbery.   How fancy. I'm gonna use that going forward. But don't play the @Valach trauma card.  We're just assholes.

@Inliytened1 I just stated my opinion, focused on my observation. No personal attacks. No edited posts. I said that because I really care about her. I see how much she cares about this subject.

As you guys might notice, I am mostly here on this forum for this topic. It one of the few places on the internet where you can truly discuss this from a Tier 2 level.

The thread is quite a warzone lol.

Remember we lost Eliott in it, now Emerald says she is on the brink..

I also rarely loose my cool on the forum from what I remember but with this thread I lost it..

And the topic isnt even that complicated but sooo emotionally charged.
