It's not that they don't like nice guys. It's that they don't want to have sex with a girl. Polarity is required for attraction.

Nice guys are used and discarded. They end up doormats that get walked on, because they're weak and incapable of enforcing boundaries. They fail all the shit tests.

Obviously, there are cases where even the nice guy is attractive. But they usually involve unhealthy dynamics.

There is nothing wrong with nice guys. What is anti seductive is the desperation, clinging and self absorption. And above all he is hiding only showing his persona so her animus projection doesn’t have anything to cling on. I know literal killers who are nice but at the same time so dangerous and masculine. It is such a weird duality to see.
