I do have a general contempt for mankind, but this is fully warranted since mankind is ignorant, toxic, and unteachable.

Is this general contempt something you'd see yourself moving beyond?

"My negative judgment is justified because my judgment is accurate" is exactly what every moralizer believes, lol.

What if this is just fascination + identity + seriousness being inflated into universal importance?

You think I am a moralizer?

Let me ask it this way, cause I was kinda sloppy with my original question.

How to deal with the phenomenon, that most people are weirded out or outright dismissive about oneself, because  one is neurologically atypical?

Get alot of rejection in workplaces, socializing, etc. The ego wants to be accepted by its surroundings to feel safe Distrustful, weirded out looks, rejection, outright hostility is what I see often. I guess I communicate similar messages involuntary, because of being overstrained.

I got my handful of divergent friends btw, but I have to deal with workplace, education, social situations, society by and large.

I think.you should clarify what behaviors of yours you're asking about, "neurotic" is too broad. Normies have to deal with those problems too, a lot of people we have to deal with are anti-social.

I think you run the same psychological operation that moralizers do.

Perceived deficiency → judgment → contempt/condemnation → "it's warranted because it's true."

Seems to be the same process, yet you're still able to understand things. So I don't get how you think "you can moralize, or you can understand, but not both". You're saying moralizing is the key error preventing leftists from understanding, but it's not. You think that a negative judgement prevents seeing, but your negative judgements don't prevent you from seeing, so negative judgment itself doesn't account for the error. It can, and often does, but there's more to it. The problem is when someone allows their judgments to terminate inquiry. You can 100% moralize and keep the inquiry open, and still deeply understand something. Moralizing does not equal cognitive closure the way you've been claiming. It's just very clearly not the case.

It depends on how deep you want understanding to be. For shallow forms of understanding, some judgment is acceptable. But not the highest levels that I am interested in.

And yes, my judgment does reduce my understanding. Which is why I am warning you guys.

And there are other factors at play besides judgment, like bias.

@Leo Gura I think the key factor is cognitive flexibility after judgement.

@Joshe Take for example Netanyahu.

Does any leftist understand Netanyahu? No. Not at all. Why? Because they cannot stop judging him.

Do I understand Netanyahu? Yes. A lot better than they do. Why? Because I do not judge him.

Leftists are incapable of understanding conservatives due to this.

Even when I judge someone, I know that all judgment is relativistic, but others don't know that. This makes an enormous difference.

My judgment is like firecrackers and leftist judgment is like a nuclear bomb.

I think I understand the concept, but I don't see the mechanism doing what you're suggesting.

I'm the type that if I want to, I can scaffold out empathy for anyone. So, say I did that for Hitler and then spent weeks studying him from an empathetic stance. Of course I would see more things from that stance than I otherwise would without it. Is that the mechanism you're talking about?

Yes, but it goes deeper too.

Notice that if you judged Hitler like most people do, you would never spend weeks empathizing with him. In fact, you would call anyone doing that a Nazi.

Why do leftists call everyone on the right a fascist, a Nazi, a racist, etc?

How many Americans understand Putin? None.

How many leftists understand Elon Musk? None!

Gen Z hates Charlie Kirk more than Hitler.

Yes, this is someone’s actual life we’re talking about, btw.

From the other side, does any American conservative understand socialism or Marxism? Not at all. They are too busy hating it.

You can't understand what you hate. That's why you hate it.

Of course he was an idiot. He was a religious fanatic, but somehow he managed to make other Christians even more stupid when it came to survival.
