Leo, blog is really hard to navigate

I know this might not be the biggest priority, but it would help if some navigation / sorting options were added to the blog posts. At least tags.

Right now, if I wanted to find all posts about history and politics for example, it would take forever because I would have to manually scroll through every page. And there are almost 300 pages now. 

You share so much great content there, it's a shame to not have it organized more neatly.

I feel like the forum is lacking in many things and would need a big update. No likes or dislikes, no replying under the comments, no banner picture, etc.

It could be that some of the features are meant to be like this.

I think that is the case. I'm sure Leo has said he intentionally doesn't want likes/dislikes. The purpose of the forum is to be as simple as possible.

I agree the blog could do with some love though. @Leo Gura I'm a web developer if you need someone to spruce the blog up a bit

Yeah I kinda get it to not have the option to like/dislike but having the feature to reply under the comments feels crucial to me. Like if there are more than 30+ comments it is very hard to keep up with every persons' conversation with each other. It is a big mess. Pls Leo *puppy eyes*.

I think that's a worse experience. Threads already have a tendency to go off topic here which isn't ideal, and comment chains would only make that even worse.

I think the downside could be with the comment chains that you need scroll more down the see more comments which tends to hide people's opinions. Now we have pages and keeps everyone "equal".

The forum design itself is perfect in my opinion

A search function would make the blog 10x better. Trolling through pages to find what you want sucks.

That's the point. If you aren't interested in where the chain leads you can stop following it

That is all by design.

The forum is designed to be clean and minimalist, with less distractions. I went out of my way to disable features.

The type of issue AI is designed for, would be very easy for it to tag all the posts in one afternoon, create an excel table with all the data, and then you would just have to somehow import it to database and add them to UI, can't say how, because who know how the blog posts are designed on the backend.

The effort required to set up AI to do that properly and not fail, is more than doing it by hand.

No way. I use LLMs to design and write complex code across very large codebases (tens of thousands of lines) daily, including tasks such as planning software architecture, designing robust infrastructure, creating concurrent and distributed systems, etc. Tagging the blog is the kind of work that LLMs would excel at, saving you A TON of time.

Of course you'd frame the problem in a way that you can review the work before deploying to production. And the taxonomy is something you'd like to control yourself and not defer to the LLM. For verifiability, you could ask the model to create a script scrapping the blog, which you could then easily verify yourself before running.

But the time saved would be immense. Modern LLM interfaces such as Claude Code allow you to quickly select a folder and start a task within seconds. A lot of the clunky friction a developer experiences to begin a project can be delegated to the AI, which is something it does well because there are so many examples of repositories around.

No way anyone tagging it by hand would be faster than AI. There's so many posts to swift through. It excels at such jobs. I think an average human would be the one to make mistakes and omissions, as they would get bored and stopped tagging posts diligently halfway through, but AI won't get bored.
