Ngl though the aches and pains at 41 are real, so may adjust what I do but still worth it

that's an insane physique to have at 40, i respect the dedication. hope nothing stops you from training.

If personal training is out of reach for you use AI to make a training plan. Just enter your past injuries, goals, skill level and as much info as you can. AI will make a good plan for you. The only thing it won't help with is real time form monitoring but AI does give you form tips and YouTube Videos also help. 

I never tried one, i learned everything on YouTube. but I've always been athletic since i opened my eyes so it wasn't difficult for me at all.
