Leo’s main issue is that his cerebrospinal fluid is loaded with heavy water (i.e. water that has a higher concentration of deuterium than the body was designed to handle). Then it’s also important to get lots of sunlight (without wearing any sunglasses or sunscreen), be in direct contact with the earth’s surface, and have your circadian rythm aligned with the sunrise and sunset.

Logically I can see how fasting could or potentially wpuld starve certain illnesses, particularly cancer, but I'm not sure about an autoimmune disorder.

The real parasite is an uneducated and undeveloped mind that makes you give heavy weight to alternative medicine and faulty reasoning. Mastery of mind and spiritual flow will lead to better decisions on health than any of this nonsense.

You have to first learn the basics and then heavily observe and cultivate such a deep understanding until eventually any unnecessary efforts and ignorance gives way to a deep intuitive wisdom on the topic.

We have limited time on this earth and it’s literally impossible to become a master of everything in life so we have to cultivate a higher wisdom where we can delegate some decision making to specialists in certain fields and trust in our higher level macro decision making. 

These alt medicine guys are reality’s equivalent of when a redneck tries to build a rocket ship in his backyard. You get a very zainy strange expression of intelligence that is able to form half of an idea but the fundamentals and deep, mature knowledge isn’t present so you enter into very dangerous territory. We have the same going on with gymcels peddling peptides and steroids. New age healers and peptide gymcels, same thing different clothes. 

The real kicker a lot of people don’t like to admit (including me because it touches on a deep yearning to be safe as a human). Nothing is certain and sometimes your health is just not great and it’s more-so a matter of acceptance. Some people are born with weak immune system compared to the environment they live in. Some people get diseases they just weren’t meant to overcome and some people are meant to leave this life before we wish they do. That’s sad and a real exercise in acceptance and flow. You can try everything and sometimes it won’t lead to the outcome we wish. Maybe the technology isn’t there yet, maybe it’s something else we don’t have words or a proper understanding of.

Making peace with this unknown at least brings energy back to making those higher macro decisions which I mentioned previously.
