But yes, living with mental health issues today can be incredibly difficult. In many ways, you’re trapped in a very narrow space between your own struggles and the people or systems that are supposed to help you. And sometimes, it’s hard to tell which poses the greater risk.

Some lakes can be no joke either. Wide and vast. One time a buddy and I did a challenge where we would jump off the boat and swim to the other side of the lake and back even while other boats were coming.  It was no easy feat and I am a strong swimmer.
