It depends. Sit and meditate for a few weeks and see what happens.

This is similar to the question how long does it take to get really good at playing a musical instrument.  For me the first few years were the best, and then the last 6 or 7 years has been a slow integration.

Guitar is the common one.  How long before I get good at playing guitar?

This is amazing here in terms of fast development, I don't know if it is folklore or not, but it is commonly said:

"Charlie Parker practiced between 11 and 15 hours a day for a period of three to four years to master the saxophone."

You really do have to put the time in but if you're passionate about it that isn't a problem.

I heard one of those indian guys did it at like 11.

I think dissosiation or sleeping happens at like 5-9

But I also heard 30-32 is fast.

I think it has to do with loops. You are on a long loop, if you tire yourself out in that loop you will give up and awaken.

It is generally taboo to state that you or I have awoken, so many people try to not do this.  To do this putting yourself out there for real takes a lot of courage, let's not deny this.

Awakening is not as difficult as people make it seem. All of the Spiritual Knowledge is literally on Youtube and discussed here. All you gotta do is follow the advice. The most important thing is humbleness and a student mentality. The other most important thing is a change in your conscious state. Creating one state change, just one, will literally do all of the work for you. 

The person never causes their own awakening, they just expose themselves to the right situations and it happens on its own. I recommend creating a state change and watching Leo's video on Self Inquiry and it will happen on its own as you watch the video because your Consciousness/Awareness will listen to the words and then create the experience being described.

You will know its happening because you will be in a meditative flow state that slowly reveals the Nothingness that is all around.

On one level it's funny to watch all these conversations turn into arguments.

On another level, it's something else. Frustrating, boring, meaningful, brilliant, stupid, compassionate or all of the above.

One good trip can do it- not 100, but everyone is different, and most of us take different psychedelics, so for me, as an example, it was the second night on mushrooms that I woke up as God. It took about 50 minutes after ingesting them. I will tell you about yes, of course ethnopharmacologist and author Dennis McKenna has stated that he has taken ayahuasca more than 500 times. Plus, all the other psychedelics he has taken on top of that. Did he awake? Yes, he did years before on mushrooms and DMT at La Chorrera, Colombian Amazon.

Yes problem is everyone wants to wake up and everyone wants to stay asleep. Paradox indeed.
