This cannot be stressed enough. My first time I went in not knowing what to expect. Came out with my first and strongest taste of full enlightenment I’ve ever had. Best thing that ever happened to me by far. Second time I was expecting it to be like the first one again and it basically didn’t do shit. Always expect nothing from meditation. Third one I just did recently and was easily top five most miserable experiences of my life, but I learned a lot.

I shit you not, June 24th was day zero (registration day) for me. Not sure if you’re even in the U.S. but imagine if we both went to the exact same one and never knew it until now 

July fourth was metta day. The being able to talk to everyone after all that silence and talk so deeply and openly heart to heart with everyone there makes the whole thing worth it. ❤️ Bonus points: we got to see fireworks from surrounding properties while hanging out with what felt like best friends or brothers. Beautiful.
