The logic is childish: Leo has a lot of posts, so he dominates the conversation. Meanwhile many other members have 10k+ posts. There are reasons to consider this forum an echo chamber, but that’s not one of them.

I think if you seriously believe Leo when he says he is the #1 authority on epistemology and consciousness, you might be idolizing him a bit too much. "But I'm just open to the possibility". Sure, I'm too (there are many things that are technically possible), but do you believe it to actually be the case by any reasonable probability?

The video runs an odd dialogue. It’s a public forum not private one. Um, People say all kinds of contradictory things and argue with Leo all the time. Leo has interacted on his own forum for years it makes sense he has more posts than others. The video assumes intent, malicious behaviour etc which I haven’t seen.

Most of his posts are pretty casual and stupid. They aren’t his actively asserting some dogma on everyone. People ultimately have to do philosophy on their own and come to their own conclusions is central to Actualized teachings… Not, believe Leo. Anyone here believing Leo or taking psychedelics just because Leo said so is an idiot. 

Believe it or not Psychedelics are also part of our modern cultural zeitgeist… 

Leo has opinions about his own understanding and intellect which are extreme. But, also find someone else with a body of work like his? So, I don’t know. 

I’ve disagreed with, insulted and be rude to Leo many times. I’ve left and come back to the forum at my own free will. I see mods, and many people here disagree with Leo about his views on God and even psychedelics use.

The video isn’t painting a fair image of what has happened here. 

Leo as at timed tried to push us a bit with his God stuff, but… It’s not authorative or rigid. It’s like he’s made a scientific discovery and is trying to help others discover it. Being God, is true or it isn’t true. Doesn’t make your life that different other than changing the context of the situation. 

Being God is an understanding shared by many people not just something Leo came up with. 5meodmt is not illegal everywhere are there are retreat centres people go too. 5meodmt has been called the “God Molecule” by many members of the psychedelic community. Not just Leo.

Many people say when they take 5meodmt they experience infinity, or a state of consciousness they describe as God, Love, fundamental reality etc. The legality of it in one country doesn’t address the legitimacy of this substance. 

There is a huge surging movement for these substances and people like Logan Paul, Mike Tyson, Tony Robins, Bryan Johnson and many others have openly talked about their experiences using 5meodmt in legal settings. 

Has there been a direct link to 5meodmt and the deaths of those members? I followed this closely and it’s not clear. The maker of this video strings it together as if it was this substance that directly resulted in those deaths (I thought it was 2 not 3). Which is sloppy. Psychedelics are dangerous, this is known and Leo has made videos dedicated to the danger of spiritual work and these substances. No one should be taking them if they are mentally ill or having suicidal thoughts. Everyone knows there are risks with them.

This video is interesting, but I am curious about its truthfulness or its intention. I think demonizing Leo is not fair, and demonizing and making people on this forum to be morons is not cool. 

The maker of the video also doesn’t know if THEY are or are not God. What does being God even mean? What does being made of atoms mean? What does it mean to exist at all? 

Be careful constructing a narrative.
