@integration journey he took mushroom but it didn't do anything. Salvia could. I empathize with death anxiety i have it for 25 years. The difference between me and him is I did nothing about it. I just accept it and didn't go looking for external ways out. I was looking for an internal way out unconciously.

That said, scientists aren’t exactly doing much better than Bryan Johnson. Most of them are just as clueless when it comes to true health.

But somehow, Bryan manages to stay one step ahead of them, even if his approach is far from perfect. And honestly, in a world full of people pretending they have all the answers, that almost makes him charming.
